2008 for me was a rollercoaster ride full of emotion and soul searching. Made new friends while watching others pass on. Made some great accomplishments while making some mistakes. Having faith in some while being mislead by others. Showing love while watching loved ones passed on. Gaining strength while emotionally collapsing. Smiling and laughing while hiding the pain and hurt. Gaining knowledge while not knowing why the hate and betrayal. Babies being born while media showing mother's killing their own babies. Historical leader uprising while witnessing the collapse of others. Rise and fall of gasolina prices while economy struggles to remain steady. Soldiers fighting for our freedom overseas while soldiers and veterans in our own country fight for respect. The rich getting richer and the middle class and poor remain.. well you know. Finding cures to disease and creating great inventions in technology while new diseases amerge and people lacking of common sense. Great strides and highs with sports ,wrestling, and entertainment while watching celebrities attempt to become a part of it. Injuries and comebacks while some finally achieve their lifelong dream. This pretty much sums up my 2008. Looking forward to a more positive, more productive, more passionate, more loved, more healing, more profitable, and most of all a much happier 2009.
