NWS First 2008 Weekend Of Action January 18th-19th With Eugene, Tito Santana, The Blue Meanie, Julio Dinero & More
National Wrestling Superstars' will kickoff its 2008 schedule with a two-show weekend Friday & Saturday January 18th-19th in two of their favorite central NJ locations.

Friday night January 18th, NWS returns to the perennial popular Manville, NJ VFW Hall, 600 Washington Avenue (right off South Main Street & minutes from I-287), with the action beginning at 7:45pm.

The VFW Hall in Manville, NJ has become one of NWS' favorite central Jersey venues, having hosted some of the most exciting and memorable events over the past few years. Continuing the tradition of great Manville shows, no less than five former WWE and ECW TV stars will headline this mega event, the icing on the cake being the NWS debut appearance of Nick Dinsmore (better known to WWE RAW fans as the happy-go-lucky Eugene). Joining him in the spotlight will be another former WWE star in "America's Hero" The Patriot, and three former members of the ECW fraternity in The Blue Meanie, Julio Dinero, and The Zombie. In addition to the headliners, the fans will be treated to a host of local mat standouts such as Nate Mustang, Roman, Indian Brave Draven, Rich "Ice Pick" Lowinski, and Myke "G.Q." Quest.

Saturday night January 19th, NWS hops over to North Plainfield, NJ, for an encore appearance at the Italian-American Social Club's Crystal Room, 403 Somerset Street in North Plainfield, NJ (just off Route 22 and minutes from I-78), beginning at 7:35pm.

When NWS debut'ed in North Plainfield last year, in addition to the cheers for the good guys and the boos for the bad guys, the words most often heard from the fans were, "How soon are you coming back?" Those fans, and all the fans in the North Plainfield area, will get their wish that night. Headlining NWS' encore appearance will be a true WWE hall-of-famer, loved by wrestling fans for decades, former Intercontinental and Tag-Team champion "El Matador" Tito Santana. Sharing the spotlight (and no doubt looking to hog it as much as possible) will be another former WWE TV star, the arrogant Salvatore Sincere, who will need to look good under the lights as he will be challenged to a "Body Beautiful Posedown" match by popular north Jersey wrestling standout Fred "Bonecrusher" Sampson. In addition to the headliners, the fans will be treated to a host of local pro wrestling favorites including Luchador Antonio Malave, Blade Michaels, The Jersey Cowboy, Damian Creed, Riot, and even a Famous Wrestling Clown is rumored to be on his way to North Plainfield.

Tickets for these not-to-be-missed events are only $18 for adults and $16 for kids & senior, and can be ordered by phone by calling NWS at 1-732-888-1704. All major credit cards are accepted, and group rates are available for groups of ten or more.

Keep reading this publication, as more superstars and matches will be announced in the coming weeks.
