A report on Yahoo! states that following UFC 87, President of the company Dana White announced that the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minn was a complete sell out with 15,082 filled for a total gate of $2,252,00.
Although this does not include the amount of comp-tickets given away for the show, it is the latest UFC event to set attendance records at various venues across North America. The numbers are unable to be verified with the Minnesota Combative Sports Commission due to privacy laws in replace within the state that do not allow such information to be released. The fighter salaries are also not being released by the commission.
