- WWE Hall of Famer Sgt. Slaughter turns 60 today.
- In an interesting note, the upcoming Championship Scramble matches at WWE’s Unforgiven pay-per-view are going to take up a good part of the show. With each match going 20 minutes, an expected 2 entrances per match and a likely post-match celebration or two and these three matches could take up an hour and a half of the pay-per-view.
- Jamie Noble looked to be stunned after his match with FCW star Jake Hager before the SmackDown/ECW tapings last night. Noble landed on his neck and shoulders after a belly-to-belly suplex that hit hard. It took WWE officials about three minutes to help Noble up off the mat and get him to the back.
