- An email sent from Eric Bischoff’s mailing list plugging that fans could visit the CCW website on CMT.com today was titled, “Hulk Hogan, Bill Goldberg and YOU vs. Vince McMahon and the WWE.”
- Devin Cutting sent the following: The WWE Holiday Bash will be held at The Score’s studios in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on December 21st. Scheduled to appear are Batista, Shelton Benjamin and Mickie James. Start time is 2 PM. The Score is filming the event and will air it as a 30-minute special at 6:30 PM on December 21st and 1 PM on December 22nd.
- Devin also sent the following: The WWE TV taping in Omaha, Nebraska on January 13th, 2009 has been changed to a double Smackdown taping. WWE was originally going to tape an episode of Smackdown and an episode of ECW at that event. WWE has canceled the Smackdown taping in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 20th, 2009.
- New World Heavyweight Champion John Cena, Batista, Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, Rey Mysterio and CM Punk are all scheduled to meet with members of the media on December 1st in Washington, DC to promote WWE’s Tribute to the Troops before they fly out to Baghdad. Based on the talent announced for this, it looks like its mostly RAW names will be making the trip.
