- Regarding her WWE departure, former WWE Diva Lauren Mayhew wrote the following on her Twitter page;
"No longer ring announcing on WWE for the time being because I will be focussing on my acting and music in the new year. I will miss my new friends."
- The 2009 WWE Tribute to the Troops will air Saturday, December 19th at 8PM CT, according to a press released by NBC yesterday. Read the full release here here.
- Happy birthday to WWE backstage correspondent Josh Matthews who celebrates his 29th birthday today. Yesterday was also Beth Phoenix's 29th birthday, although Wikipedia have the former Women's Champion down as aged 23.
