WWE SmackDown Taping Results (Second Set)

Special thanks to ProWrestling.com Reader Matthue Okarmus for sending in the following:
Opening match was Mysterio losing to Finlay. There were a couple of times where he looked as if he was crying because he was frustrated, and in the end he botched the finishing move allowing Finlay to pick up the win. There are definitely playing up that Mysterio is distraught with this whole Guerrero thing. Afterward, JBL got in the ring and tried to interview Rey, asking him how he felt disappointing the fans and how he feels that the entire Guerrero family thinks he is a piece of trash. Rey just walked away.
Mr. Kennedy defeated a local Georgia wrestler with some ugly mutton chops. Afterward, his huge announcement was that if John Cena could possibly come to Smackdown, then he could possibly go to Raw, since he has defeated the "best and brightest" that Smackdown has to offer. Long said that there is one person he hasn't faced, and at No Mercy, he will face the Undertaker. Kennedy sold being stunned all the way to the back.
Kendrick, London, and Ashley defeated KC James and Idol Stevens with McCool. Side notes: Ashley looked really good being with Kendrick and London. They might have something there. Also, is it just me, or does the blonde guy from the Stevens/James team (I still don't know which they are) remind you of Curt Hennig?
The Miz comes out and gloats about how he is 1-0, then defeats Matt Hardy after Gregory Helms sneak attacked Hardy.
Vickie Guerrero came out (to a LOUD chorus of boos) and introduced Chavo, who defeated Tatanka.
Backstage segment involved MVP wanting "one more dollar" than the amount John Cena would get.
Lashley defeated Regal. The storyline in this match is that Regal was supposed to face Vito, but claimed to file a sexual harassment lawsuit if he had to get in the ring with him. Vito messed with JBL the whole time, amounting to some pretty fun stuff between JBL and Vito.
Jimmy Wayne Wang promo. The people here in the south seemed to love it.
King Booker defeated Batista after outside help from Finlay and Regal. After the match, Finlay busted up Batista, leaving him bloody in the ring. (Side note - the crowd was HUGE for Batista, as they were for DX later. There were maybe twenty people in the entire arena backing Booker)
Side note: During a time that would be a commercial break, they did the thing where the guy shoots shirts into the crowd. Well, the crowd started booing him I guess because he primarily shot into the same spot. After the boos, JBL got up and took the gun and started shooting them himself. Turned into some pretty funny stuff when he started chasing Tony Chimel around. It ended with some guy coming from the back, holding Chimel down, and JBL got right next to him and shot him in the back.
Overall, it was a really good show. I don't know how the opening is going to come off on TV, but when it first started there were a TON of people still at will call getting their tickets. And I heard the announcer introduce Henry Godwin during the pre-show dark match, so I guess he is making a return.
Snow's mannequin head, was the model for Mankind's Mask.
