Vince McMahon has been in one of his moods as of late, changing things constantly so it could be a while until we hear some confirmations on RAW tonight. Several of the Judgment Day matches weren't finalized until late yesterday afternoon.
Tonight's RAW comes from Kansas City in the Kemper Arena, the same place that Owen Hart passed away nearly nine years to the day today. It will be interesting to see if any mention of Owen is made on tonight's broadcast. The WWE One Night Stand pay-per-view is in 13 days so WWE will have to rush into the build-up for the show starting with tonight's RAW.
