'The opening video montaugue for wCw Monday Nitro plays before the camera view changes to the inside of the HSBC Arena in Buffalo, New York, where over seventeen thousand fans have jam-packed the arena for Monday Nitro. The camera pans around the arena, showing everyone on their feet, cheering wildly and holding up their many homemade signs. As the camera finished panning, it zooms in on the announce position, where Tony Shiavone, Mike Tenay and Bobby Heenan welcome everyone at home to Nitro.'
[7:00-7:15]
Tony, " Hello everybody and welcome to another edition of wCw Monday Nitro!" Heenan, " But it's just not ANOTHER edition of Nitro!" Tenay, " Bobby you just couldn't hold on for two seconds." Heenan, " I'm sorry Tenay, but I'm jacked, because tonight, in our main event, it's going to be HUGE. Tonight, the wCw World Champion Ken Shamrock will face 'Y2J' Chris Jericho in another great match, but this time, the gold is on the line!" Tony, " That's not all Bobby, tonight we will see the first ever, 'Battle of the Sexes' Tag Team Match between Nicole Bass and Ivory against the greatest tag team ever, The Dudley Boyz! That match set up as punishment by wCw CEO and owner, Ric Flair, for what Bass and Ivory did to Chyna last week on Thunder.
"5........4.......3........2.......1......BOOM!" Jericho's pyros shoot out of the staging as the rest of 'Break Down The Walls' plays over the loudspeakers and the Ayatollah of Rock and Rollah, Chris Jericho, stands on the stage, with his back to the crowd and arms outstretched. He twirls around three times before stopping, and walking halfway down the ramp, before turning and pointing behind him, when wCw Commissioner Vince McMahon steps out onto the stage to an even greater amount of heat than Jericho. Both men make their way into the ring, where Chris Jericho takes a microphone that was laying down on the canvas, and proceeds to talk. Jericho, " WELCOME TO, NITRO IS JERICHO!!!!!" The crowd roars in boos and catcalls. Jericho, " Oh what the hell do you jerkoffs want!? You'd better show some, no, a lot of respect to me, 'cause after tonight, you will be cheering and respecting the NEW wCw World Heavyweight Champion! Not that I need a gold plated strap in the first place, for everyone knows that Chris Jericho is the King of the WOOOOOOOOOOORLD!!!" Just then Vince takes the microphone right out of Chris' hands, much to the shock of the crowd. Vince, " Chris, I am so sick and tired of you flaunting your ego, talking trash, and making yourself bigger than what you truely are. Remember one thing, I'm Vince McMahon DAMMIT! There isn't nobody bigger than Vince McMahon. I revolutionized this industry! I gave this industry WWF Attitude! I made this industry what it is. Without me, there would be no wCw, no ECW nor no WWF. Without me, there would be no Hulk Hogan! There would be no Bret Hart! There would be no Stone Cold Steve Austin! There would be no....." Jericho takes the microphone from McMahon. Jericho, " Vince, I don't know how hard I hit you with that steel chair, but if there's anyone with a bigger ego in this world than me, it damn sure is you. Now I don't know what your problem is with me, but if you have something to say to me, spit it the f*ck out!" The crowd erupts in shocked cheers. McMahon grows a pissed off look across his face and takes the mic from Jericho, then throws it across the ring. The crowd gets on their feet as McMahon and Jericho stand face to face with one another, arms getting ready to throw punches. All of a sudden, Man, " WHOA WHOA WHOA WHOA WHOA!!!!!!!!!!!!" Vince Russo and the wCw World Champion, Ken Shamrock, walk out onto the stage, much to the dislike of the crowd, which wanted to see McMahon and Jericho go at it. Russo, " Did I hear you correctly McMahon, you created and gave to the world WWF Attitude!? May I remind you one thing, you damn well were the owner of the company that was WWF Attitude, but dammit, I was the one who created Attitude. I was the one who saved that worthless company of yours, and did I get any thanks for it, NO! I got nothing, and was handed my pink slip. So what'd I do? I went down to Atlanta to try to run you and your company out of business. Apparently I didn't have to do much work, seeing as a man that 'you' created, The Undertaker, ran you out of your own company. Now look at you, barely hanging onto a position that's leading nowhere. Hell, last Thursday you got beat by a man who you 'got the better of' in the end of 1997." McMahon, " Yeah, well look at where you stand Russo, next to a champion who couldn't muster it up against Chris Jericho, who is barely holding onto his title. Ken Shamrock is nothing, and will always be nothing, that's why I held him back in the WWF, because had he gone any higher than where he was, he would have killed my company. Russo, you take a lot of credit for which you had no part in, and dammit, I'm not going to stand it, and neither will Chris Jericho. Because after tonight, you, and your boy Ken Shamrock, will be the next two in line at the unemployment office." Shamrock, " McMahon! Let's get one thing straight, your 'boy' Chris Jericho didn't beat me last week, he didn't make me submit, he didn't pin my, nor was I disqualified or counted out of the match, it was stopped. So unless you're going to pull a Montreal-Screwover on me tonight, that's the only way you and Jericho are going to take my gold away from me!" McMahon, " Shamrock, you'd better be careful of what you say, it may come back to haunt you." The show goes to commercial.
Break
Tenay, " We're back folks, and what the hell did Vince McMahon mean when he said that Ken Shamrock should be careful of what he says? That it may come back to haunt him?" Tony, " I don't know Mike, to tell you the truth, you can't trust a word that Vince McMahon says. Let's get one thing straight, that man is satan. He loves to see others in pain and agony and will do nothing but screw with your personal and professional lives." Heenan, " You'd better be careful Shiavone, if McMahon hears you he might come walking down that aisle and punking your ass out!" Tony, " Whatever."
'The view changes to the back where April Hunter, Mark Jindrak and 'Mean' Gene Oakerland are standing in front of the Thunder logo. Gene, " April Hunter, in non-nWo colors tonight, I would like to ask you, why are you here with Mark Jindrak?" Jindrank cuts in before April could answer. Jindrak, " What am I not good enough to be standing with sexy April Hunter? Am I not good enough to even be in wCw? You know Gene, since I stepped foot in this company I've been getting the ass end of everything. Well tonight it stops, now with my new girlfriend April, I'm on my way to the top." April, " Yeah, see nobody in this company knows what they want, only Mark does. To tell you the truth, I don't even think any of the fans know what they want as well." A voice is heard, Man, " I know what everybody wants!" Into the scene steps Al Snow with Head, who looks right at April Hunter, Al, " HEAD!" April shreeks in disgust and slaps Al right across his face. Mark then steps in front of April. Mark, " So if it isn't the great and wonderful Al Snow, stepping foot in wCw. I never thought I'd see the day. I tell you what, you're known for your hardcore styles, and I just happen to be the next to recieve an Extreme title shot one of these days. Why don't we go out to the ring and have ourselves a hardcore rules match so I can warm up for the gold?" Al Snow, " That's fine by me, be ready to be schooled, boy!" Al then walks off, leaving April clinging right to Mark.
Hardcore Rules Match
Al Snow vs. Mark Jindrak w/ April Hunter
"What does everybody want!?!" plays over the loud speakers with the rest of Al Snow's music, as he comes out holding Head. He stops at the top of the stage, and raises Head high in the air, doing his trademark 'headbang'. Al walks on down to the ring, looking under the ring and throwing various weapons into the ring, including brooms, trash cans, lids, chairs, a table and a bowling bag! Al gets in the ring and does his 'headbang' again before putting Head over in the corner, just as Trust Co's "Downfall" plays and out comes Mark Jindrak and April Hunter, to mixed heat from the crowd. April walks Mark to the ring, Mark not taking his eyes off Snow. Mark gets in the ring, and charges at Al, who quickly takes him down with a shot to the head with the broom stick. Charles Robinson calls for the bell just as Al breaks the broomstick across Mark's back. He takes the half of the stick and starts choking his opponent with it, in almost a camel clutch. Al let's go of the stick and grabs a steel chair, unfolding it in the middle of the ring and sitting Mark down in it. Al takes a garbage can lid, runs to the ropes, comes off and slams the lid hard down on Mark's head. Al goes to do it again, but April Hunter grabs Al by the leg and stops him from doing it. Mark gets up just as Al turns around and he hot shot's Al right into the steel chair. Jindrak with the pin, one, two, Al kicks out of the pin. Jindrak taking a garbage can and slams Al Snow in the head with it before putting it down over his head. Jindrak goes to the top rope and nails the can into Al with a missile dropkick. Jindrak with the cover and gets two. Mark grabs the table and props it up in the corner, turning around to get met with a sidekick by Al, who follows up with a fisherman's suplex onto the steel chair! One, two, Jindrak kicks out before the three. Al taking the one lid and putting in on the mat, then rolling Jindrak face first onto the lid. Al takes the second lid and puts it on top of Jindrak's head, then stands on top of it! Al squashing Mark's head into a lid sandwich. Al Snow, getting off Jindrak, looks over to the corner as the crowd cheers. Al goes to the corner and gets Head! Jindrak, stumbling to his feet, by the corner. Hudson, " Looks like Jindrak's about to get head!" Madden, " WHAT!?" Al Snow turns Mark around and nails him with Head. Jindrak falls down in the corner, just as Al pulls the bowling ball out of it's bag and raises it high in the air, before rolling it right into Mark's crotch! Al goes for the cover, but doesn't get a count as April Hunter gets on the apron. Al gets up and goes over, grabbing April and planting a huge kiss right on her as thousands of camera flashes go off throughout the arena. Jindrak comes around and hits a huge low blow. Al gets put on the top rope, Jindrak going up top and hits the Jinkdrak-Jrop! A Sliding DDT off the top rope, Jindrak into the pin, one, two, Al Snow kicks out before three! Mark can't believe it, he pulls Al up and goes for a slam, but Al slides down Jindrak's back, hooks him up and hits the Snowplow through the table in the corner, he's got the pin, one, two, three!!

As Al Snow gets his arm raised, April Hunter gets in the ring, and turns Snow around, spraying him right in the eyes with mace! Al Snow is blinded, Mark Jindrak is up with the steel chair and starts beating on Snow with the chair! April Hunter grabs a chair as well and starts beating on Al as well. The crowd's boos turn into unanimous cheers as two people slide into the ring, a man and a woman. The man spears Jindrak down, as the woman takes the chair from Hunter and shoves her out of the ring with it. Hudson, " Are they!?" Madden, " It's Josh and Taylor from WWF's Tough Enough 1!!" Josh has Mark's chair and nearly hits him with it, but Jindrak escapes from the ring, with April Hunter at his side. Josh takes a microphone from the ring announcer, Josh, " Jindrak, Al too 'schooled' me last year in Tough Enough, that's one thing you and I have in common. The fact that we're both breaking into the business is another. I've yet to have my first live match since the end of Tough Enough 1. You say you're next to get an Extreme title match, you wanna be hardcore. For the past year I have been taking nothing but hardcore dues in the indy's, and I damn well am ready for the pros. On Thunder, how about you against me in a hardcore rules match!?" Mark thinks about it for a bit and then nods, to the delight of the crowd. Taylor takes the microphone from Josh, who helps Al Snow up. Taylor, " Hey bitch!" April Hunter looks right at her. Taylor, " Yeah I'm talking to you, you tramped up hussie! Mark and Josh may have to wait for Thunder, but my dance card isn't full for tonight, and I know your's isn't. As Al said before, I too know what everybody wants, and they want to see me kicking your sorry ass from one side of this ring to the other. So what do you say?" April too nods her head. Madden, " Yes! Sex appeal is back in wCw!"

Battle of the Sexes Tag Team Match
Nicole Bass and Ivory vs. The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von)
The traditional Dudley pyro shoots down from the ceiling and up from the stage as 'Turn the Tables' by Saliva blasts the speakers and the fans rise to their feet. The Dudley Boyz, Buh Buh Ray and D-Von, step through the curtain and onto the stage, flashing their 3-D hand signal before finishing the rest of their ring entrance. 'Poison Ivory' plays while Nicole Bass and Ivory come out from the back, and hesitantly make their way into the ring. Ivory stands in the corner, telling Nicole to start the match as the bell rings. Nicole stands face to face with Buh Buh Ray Dudley, trying to look as intimidating as possible. She raises her arm up in the air, asking for a test of strength. Buh Buh raises his arm up to, grabs Nicole's hand, brings it down and picks her up, starting to dance with her around the ring!! The crowd roars in laughter before Nicole headbutts Buh Buh straight in the forehead then slaps him across the face! He twirls around and grabs Nicole by the hair, throwing her face first into the canvas. Buh Buh backs Nicole into the corner as Ivory charges on in the ring, hopping right on Buh Buh's back, strangling him from behind. D-Von comes in the ring and pulls Ivory off of Buh Buh and throws her across the ring. Buh Buh turns and goes for Ivory, but gets low blowed from behind by Nicole. She turns Buh Buh around and DDT's him into the mat, covering him, one, two, Buh Buh kicks out. Nicole stands over Buh Buh as the crowd comes on their feet, cheering wildly as the wCw Women's Champion, Chyna, is seen running down the aisle. She pulls Nicole out of the ring and shoves her right into the ring post. Nicole bounces off the post and falls into the crowd, Chyna going out after her. Ivory is left alone with the Dudleyz, D-Von turns her around and Buh Buh gets up, 3-D!!!!!! Buh Buh covers Ivory, one, two, three!

Buh Buh stands over Ivory and then shoves D-Von. Buh Buh, " D-VOOOOOOON!!!!!! GET THE TABLES!!" The crowd roars in cheers as D-Von goes to the outside, looking under the ring, and taking a table out from under the ring. D-Von slides the table inside the ring and Buh Buh sets it up by the corner. D-Von grabs Ivory and starts moving towards the corner, when Kronik slide into the ring and hook it up with the Dudleyz. Adams moves over and quickly nails Buh Buh in the groin before slamming him off the top through the table! D-Von gets whipped to the ropes, he comes off and gets the Hightimes!! Kronik stand over the downed Dudleyz for the second show in a row before Nitro goes to break.
Break
As the show comes back from the break, we see wCw United States Champion Jerry Lynn walking down a hallway, with his title belt over his shoulder. All of a sudden he's jumped from behind by the wCw Television Champion Eddie Guerrero, who grabs Jerry Lynn by the head and runs him, face first, into the concrete wall! He mounts Lynn and starts assaulting him with hard fists to the forehead, before nailing him straight in the forehead with the United States title belt. Officials run in to stop Guerrero from doing any more damage. Tony, " That Eddie Gurerro is a sick, sick man."
'Ric Flair is seen, sitting in his office, watching the television moniter, when a knock at the door is heard. He calls the person in, and in walks Rey Misterio Jr. to a huge pop from the crowd. Ric Flair stands up and shakes hands with Rey. Flair, " Hello Rey, what can I do you for tonight?" Rey, " Well to be quiet honest, I'm not too happy Ric. At the Bash at the Beach I was the one who tapped out and lost the match. I realized that I'm not ready the main event scene, but I also realized that I have not yet recieved a title re-match for the wCw Cruiserweight Championship which I lost a couple of weeks ago. And to be honest Ric, I'd like that match. tonght." The crowd cheers at the idea, when Juventud Guerrera walks in the ring. Juvi, " Hold up here! If anybody deserves the shot at the title, it's the Juice!" Rey, " Oh here we go again. Juvi, you are not the Rock! Quit trying to act like the man, even though you two do share a similar trait in the fact that you both suck!" The crowd cheers wildly for that. Juvi, " Flair, what this little runt was trying to tell you, is that he doesn't deserve a title match and should be at home studying for his big test in forth grade math." Rey gets right up in Juventud's face before Flair seperates the two. Flair, " Alright, before you two start acting like mexican jumping beans, I'll make a deal with both of you. Both of you guys are, without a shadow of a doubt, two of the greatest Cruiserweights in the world of professional wrestling. But since you both of you lost your matches at the Bash at the Beach, I'm not so sure if either of you are worthy of a title match against Chavo. But! Because I'm a fair man, I will make you this match. On Thunder, you two will team up against Tajiri and Funaki, and the winners of that match will go one on one next Monday on Nitro. The winner of that match goes to Fall Brawl to face Chavo Guerrero." Rey, " Sounds fair enough." Juvi, " Yeah, plenty fair." Juvi turns to Rey, Juvi, " Rey, you had better not stab me in the back, or the beating that Ken Shamrock gave you, I'll make it look like a walk in the park." Juvi leaves the room as the view changes to the arena.
'The Tough Enough theme plays over the loud speakers and from the back comes Taylor along with Josh Matthews at her side. They both make their way down to the ring, getting a nice pop from the crowd. Taylor slides in the ring, and Josh gets in as well, before Mark Jindrak's music plays, and April Hunter, along with Mark Jindrak, come out onto the stage, to a chorus of boos from the crowd. April gets in the ring and goes right up to Taylor, while Josh and Mark exchanging glares from across the ring. Before the bell sounds, 'No Chance' rings out over the loudspeakers, and the wCw Commissioner Vince McMahon walks out onto the stage, microphone in hand. McMahon, " Hold on just a second. Now I don't know who you four think you are, but we have a system here in wCw, and no matches are made without my authorization dammit! And besides, nobody wants to see you two fine specimines of flesh just have a simple wrestling match. As Al Snow would say, 'What does everybody want!'" the crowd immediately shouts 'HEAD!' McMahon, " Well seeing as that we are on network television, we can't nessicarily give that to the people, but we can go as far to our limits as possible, SO! Taylor, you will face April Hunter tonight, but it won't be in that ring, oh no. It'll be in this." He points down and to the side of the stage, where a tarp is pulled aside, showing a giant pool filled with whipped cream! Every man in the crowd errupts in cheers, hoots and hollars. McMahon, " A Bra and Panties Match held inside a whipped cream-filled swimming pool! Heenan, " God bless America!!!"

Taylor w/ Josh Matthews vs. April Hunter w/ Mark Jindrak
Taylor and April Hunter go after one another and roll to the outside of the ring, fighting up the aisleway, over to the pool, pulling at each other's hair and kicking at one another. April gets the advantage and throws Taylor right into the pool of whipped cream, sending cream flying everywhere! Josh and Mark have taken spots around the pool, watching the two females duke it out. April grabs Taylor and hits a snapmare, hard into the whipped cream. She grabs Taylor's shirt and rips it right off, exposing Taylor's whipper cream-covered sports bra underneath. Taylor fights her way up and spills to the outside of the pool. Mark Jindrak grabs her by the pants and tosses her back in. After he does, Josh Matthews runs around and nails Jindrak, sending him face first into the stage. Josh starting to beat the hell out of Jindrak, slamming him hard down onto the concrete floor. Josh mounts Jindrak and starts leveling him in the head with hard forearm shots. April jumps on Josh's back, all covered in whipped cream. Taylor comes from behind and pulls April's pants right off, exposing a VERY tiny thong. Taylor slaps April right on the ass with a cream-covered hand and pulls her off of Josh. Matthews grabs Jindrak and drops him with a reverse DDT in the pool. Taylor grabs April and slams her into the pool, right next to Mark. Both Josh and Taylor start climbing up and they both get onto the stage. With their backs turned to the crowd, they both moonsault off of the top of the stage, right onto Mark and April in the pool simultaniously!!! Taylor stands up, covered in cream and pulls April's shirt right off her, Nick Patrick calls for the bell! Taylor has won the match, but the real winners are the fans!

Josh stands up and out of the pool, Taylor comes over and jumps in his arms, both covered in whipped cream. They start making out with one another before heading to the back. With the crowd still cheering, the view changes to the back where Eddie Guerrero is making his way to the entranceway, with his wCw Television Championship belt wrapped around his waist, when Ric Flair walks up to Eddie. Flair, " Well Eddie, I hope you're proud of yourself. I just got done talking with the paramedics and they told me that Jerry Lynn has suffered a concussion." Eddie, " Well of course I'm happy essa! That little punk Jerry Lynn got what he deserved. He had no right getting involved in my match on Thunder. He's been trying to overshadow Latino Heat ever since I stepped foot in wCw." Flair, " Well whatever the reason is Eddie, at Fall Brawl, you and Jerry Lynn are going to have a match." Eddie, " Well that's great, I can't wait to become the United States Champion." Flair, " On the contrary, just your title is going to be on the line!" Eddie, " WHAT!?! You son of a.... *garbed spanish* Damn you Flair!" Ric walks away lauging at Eddie's misfortune as the show goes to commercial.

Tag Team Match
Jerry Lynn (wCw United States Champion) and Kid Kash vs. Eddie Guerrero (wCw Television Champion) and William Regal
When we come back from break, the match has started and Guerrero and Kash are in the ring, Guerrero with Kash over in the corner, stomping away at him. Guerrero pulls Kash out of the corner and plants him into the canvas with a brainbuster suplex. Guerrero floats over for the cover and gets a two count. Eddie goes to his corner and tags out to William Regal, who charges right on in the ring and knees Kash right in the head. Regal pulls Kash to his feet, hooks both arms and nails a great double arm powerbomb. Regal with the cover, and Kash kicks out for a second time. Regal, whips Kash into the ropes, Kash comes off with a flying forearm smash out of nowhere. Kash regaining the momentum, whipping Regal to the ropes and hits a huge backbody drop! Kash quickly goes to tag out, but Regal droptoeholds him before he can get to his corner. The match continues with Regal and Guerrero dominating Kash, until the near end where Regal gets brass knux on his fists and nails Kash in the face with it, before going for the pin, but it gets broken up by Jerry Lynn. Guerrero gets the knux from Regal and goes to hit Lynn with them, but Jerry Lynn ducks down and Guerrero hits Regal with them. Guerrero gets spun around and planted with the Cradle Piledriver, and the three count.

Ken Shamrock (c) w/ Vince Russo vs. Chris Jericho w/ Vince McMahon
"5.........4...........3..........2..........1.........BOOM!" and the rest of 'Break Down The Walls' plays over the loudspeaker as Chris Jericho, along with Vince McMahon, comes out from the back. Jericho does his usual ring entrance, and gets into the ring. Ken Shamrock is next to come out, with Vince Russo at his side. The bell sounds and the two have a great, technically sound match, with neither Russo or McMahon getting involved. Towards the end, Shamrock gets Jericho in the anklelock, and McMahon gets up on the apron while Jericho taps out. Russo runs over and pulls McMahon off the apron. Russo and McMahon start fighting when Shamrock lets go of the anklelock on Jericho, who rolls to the outside. Referee pre-occupied with McMahon and Russo, Jericho has a steel chair and blasts Shamrock in the face, before locking him in the Walls of Jericho. Referee turns around, Shamrock not tapping out, but McMahon is telling the timekeeper to sound the bell!?!?! McMahon is telling the time keeper to ring the bell, ending the match. Shamrock not giving up, Jericho has the Walls of Jericho locked in tight. All of a sudden Bret Hart comes charing down to the ring, steel chair in hand. He chases McMahon away from the time keeper, up the rampway, and gets one, clean chairshot on McMahon. Jericho has let go of the Walls of Jericho, shouting trash talk to Hart, who comes walking down the rampway, having words with Jericho. Shamrock from behind Jericho, puts him in a waistlock and hits a bridging german suplex!! One, two, three! Shamrock retains the wCw Championship!

Shamrock and Russo have left the ring, celebrating Shamrock's win, as Jericho stands in the ring, irrate at what just happened. Hart smiles and walks up the stage, kicking Vince McMahon right in the head, knocking him down for the second time in the night. Nitro ends with Shamrock's music playing, and the World's Most Dangerous Man holding his title high above his head.
