Key Arena in Seattle
Jonathan “Coach” Coachman and Scott Hudson
Written by: Tyler Hodges

[7:00-7:15]

Key Arena is packed for this edition of WCW THUNDER!! Pyro is going off everywhere, as the crowd erupts. The bagpipes begin to play, and out comes WCW’s Commisioner, Rowdy Roddy Piper! “HELLLLLLO Seattle!, It seems as if Vince is going to be a little late tonight, So I’ll be taking over! My first order of business. Is well, to let you know that I have no order of business….I’m just here to kick back and relax and let things happen, How’s that sound?” The crowd chants in approval. “So, what happens, happens!” Hudson “That is no way to run a company, Piper’s just like a little kid” Piper “Now, I’ve been a little disappointed at how Vince has been doing things around here. Getting all frustrated over nothing…. the best way to do things is go with the flow, and that’s what I plan on doing.

5, 4, 3, 2, 1, BOOM!!!!! Out walks the King of the World, Chris Jericho mic in hand. Coach “Well, this might make it a little hard for Piper to relax” Piper “PIPER!!! Who the hell do you think you are?! You think you’re funny? You like to play games. Well, I don’t like being used as bait. Especially when It’s not even me! Oh, you thought it was funny when Bagwell dressed up as me to save your ass didn’t you. Well, I sure as hell didn’t! He didn’t even look half as good as I really do! He only wishes. And I’m here to let everyone know I will not be humiliated like that. What a stupid move, locking me in my locker room. You didn’t think I’d eventually get out!” “Well, I’m here tonight to get a little revenge on Marcus Bagwell, and If I have to go through you to get it, Fine I Will!!!” Piper “Whoa Whoa Whoa Fella! Take it easy…you want revenge on Marcus, I’ve got no problem with that. In fact, I’ll give you a match with him tonight. Jericho “Well, that was the smartest thing you’ve don’t since you’ve been commissioner!” Y2J’s music hits and he turns to leave. Piper “Oh yeah! I almost forgot, It will be a STEEL CAGE MATCH!” Y2J is living. He spins around and makes his way back towards Piper, but stops and stomps his way to the back.

Coach “Did you hear that? Marcus Bagwell and Chris Jericho, Tonight, in a Steel Cage. I’m starting to really like what Piper’s doing around here” Piper makes his way to the back as the crowd roars his approval. Hudson “Our first match tonight, was signed by OUR REAL BOSS Vince McMahon earlier in this week. From the fallout of Nitro he’s got a few scores to settle”

Chuck Palumbo and Bill Demott, have made their way down to the ring…Coach “It seems that Chuck and Bill will be competing in tag action tonight, but against who?”
“WHO BETTA THAN KANYON!” Kanyon makes his way to the ring followed by WCW Newcomer Steven Richards. Hudson “What a surprise, It’s Steven Richards!”
Billy Silverman signals for the bell, and we’re underway!
TAG MATCH
Chuck Palumbo and Bill Demott VS Kanyon and Steven Richards

Chuck and Bill high five in the corner as Demott steps in to start the match off. Kanyon is confidently telling Richards to sit out so he can start the match. But Demott knocks the smug look of Kanyon’s face as he drives him to the mat with a clothesline. Demott waves for Kanyon to get to his feet, and drives him down again! Demott gets the crowd going by pumping his fists in the air. Richards seems a little annoyed by this and drops off the apron to let the crowd know what he thinks of them. Kanyon is already in a world of hurt back in the ring as Demott has centered his attention on Kanyon’s shoulder, driving his own shoulder into Kanyon’s. Kanyon is being driven down but Demott holds on and then finally lets Kanyon fall to the canvas. Demott swings and connects with a big elbow right into Kanyon’s sternum. He drags Kanyon to his feet and picks him up in the corner as to powerslam him. But Kanyon slips out the back, and catches himself on the middle turnbuckle, he then delivers a very gutsy swinging reverse DDT. He makes the cover. ONE TWO THR Demott gets the shoulder up. Richards is still involving himself with the crowd, but finally returns to his corner where Kanyon tags him in. Hudson “Let’s see what Richards can do” Richards gets straight to the offense running at Demott and driving a knee into the big man. Demott is staggering up with help from the ropes, but from behind Richards attempts a roll up. But Demott holds the ropes and Richards goes tumbling backwards. Demott spins around and tries to connect with a clothesline but Richards avoids it by ducking under and nailing a stalling neckbreaker.
Richards holds onto Demott’s neck and rolls over. Back on his feet Richards attempts a suplex on Demott, but Demott uses his upperbody strength to reverse it into a forward pancake suplex. Richards is holding his stomach after that one. Demott is down, it took a lot of effort to get out of that predicament. After awhile though, he makes the tag to Palumbo, who comes running in with a head of steam, clotheslining Richards down and knocking Kanyon off the apron with a forearm. Kanyon bounces back up and swings at Palumbo but Palumbo has already made his way back to Richards. Richards is finally back to his feet, and gets backed into the corner by Chuck. Chuck wears him down with some knees to the midsection. Palumbo whips Richards into the opposite corner, and follows in after, but Richards gets a foot up, but it is caught by Palumbo. Palumbo yanks backwards, Richards holding on for dear life finally loses his grip on the ropes and comes flying forwards landing on the back of his head. Coach “Richards has not had the best of luck tonight” Richards is on his back holding his head. Palumbo picks Richards up and tosses him off the ropes. Richards bounces back as Palumbo attempts a Jungle Kick. Steven drops to the mat and rolls out of the ring. Kanyon is there with him to talk strategy. They are soon interrupted by Bill Demott who has made his way around the outside and runs both men down. He then rolls Richards back into the ring, and goes for Kanyon. Demott tries to whip Kanyon into the ring post but ends up meeting it himself. Palumbo lifts Richards to his feet but Richards fights back only to be hit with a hard right hand by Palumbo. Palumbo follows up by whipping Richards into the ropes and bringing him down hard onto the top rope. Richards grabs his throat as he falls backwards. Palumbo goes for the cover. ONE TWO THRE but Kanyon breaks up the count. Demott is back to his feet, and has returned to his respective corner. Palumbo drags Richards over to the corner and tags in Demott. Palumbo then picks Richards up and drops him onto Demott’s waiting knee. Palumbo sees Kanyon attempting to get into the ring, but knocks him back to the floor. Richards is laid out in the middle of the ring. Demott goes to the top rope, and executes the No Laughing Matter, but is in a good deal of pain himself after the move. Both men are rolling around in pain, but Demott finally gets an arm over Richards. ONE TWO THRE No, Kanyon from the outside puts Richards foot on the ropes. And the match continues. Palumbo is trying to point this out but the ref is having none of it. Kanyon takes advantage of the arguing and hits Demott with the FLATLINER! Richards stirs over to make the cover. The ref turns his attention back to the action in the ring and counts ONE TWO THREE!!!! Coach “Kanyon and Richards have beaten Bill Demott, and Chuck Palumbo!”

Winners: Steven Richards and Kanyon VIA Pin Fall in 7:17

Palumbo runs over to help Demott up, they both stare down Kanyon and Richards who have scurried up the ramp to avoid any more confrontation. Coach “Look at those cowards” Despite their attempt to get out unscaved, Dave Batista comes down and taps them both on the back. They look at each other and turn around to get clotheslined to the steel. Richards is down, as Batista lifts Kanyon above his head and slams him right down onto Richards. Batista then grins towards Demott and Palumbo. Hudson “Now, would you look at that? Batista just can’t come and go like that, I’m sure Vince will do something about it when he gets here” Coach “If he decides to show up, he might just stay home and avoid any more embarrassment”

(The camera cuts to a shot of the Flock’s Locker Room, where Raven, Al Snow, and the Tag Team Champions Jeff Hardy and Shane Helms are gathered)

Raven, “Jeff, Shane, you obviously know what is in store for you at Mayhem. The Dudleys are tough, but we are just that much better than they are. Now, I assume that ew won’t be beaten by a bunch of Trailer Park Trash!” Shane “Hah, The Dudley’s beat us, no way, these Tag Titles will stay in the Flock for a long time” Al Snow “Don’t worry I’ll make sure nothing bad happens at Mayhem” Raven “Well, Let’s not get ahead of ourselves, because tonight, Jeff Hardy, you get the first pickings, because I’ve just been informed that you will be fighting that little punk Spike Dudley. I expect you to get the job done!” Jeff “You’ve got to be joking, Spike Dudley, haha, I’ve gone toe to toe with much better superstars than him, this one is in the bag!”

(Back at ringside)

Coach “The Flock sounds confident, maybe a little too confident” Hudson “Well, come on, look at the skill they have, they have every right to be cocky”

The pyros explode and out comes Spike Dudley accompanied by Bubba. Then we hear the ominous call of the raven and out come the Tag Team Champions, Jeff Hardy, and Shane Helms. Jeff hands his belt to Shane who takes his place on the outside.

[7:15-7:30]
Jeff Hardy w/ Shane Helms VS Spike Dudley w/ Bubba

Jeff Hardy extends his hand to Spike Dudley to start the match. Spike looks to the crowd, who are telling him not to shake his hand, but with good sportsmanship, Spike extends his hand, only to be kicked in the gut. Jeff then hooks him with a snap suplex. Coach “You just can’t trust Jeff Hardy” Jeff bounces off the ropes and connects with a leg drop. He makes a quick cover on Spike, who kicks out quickly! Jeff then whips Spike into the ropes and connects with a cross body. Jeff takes his time and shoves Spike into the corner. He drives a few elbows into Spike and attempts a rolling splash in the corner, but comes up with nothing but turnbuckle. Spike catches him as he is backing up and delivers an impressive back suplex. Both men are down. Bubba and Shane are on the outside cheering for their partners. One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Referee Charles Robinson gets to a six count before Jeff and Spike stir back to their feet. Spike gets the upper hand as he nails a stiff kick into Jeff’s midsection. Spike whips Jeff into the ropes, and ducks his head down for a back body drop. Jeff stops mid way and goes for the Twist of Fate, but Spike pushes Jeff back into the ropes and delivers a quick powerslam to a rebounding Hardy. Spike rolls quickly into the cover. ONE TWO T Jeff gets his shoulder up. Spike is out of breath after that quick exchange, he is taking a moment to relax. He picks Jeff up and both men begin slugging it out. Spike gets a few more in and attempts a spinning punch but Jeff falls down to the mat and rolls to the outside. Helms is their to meet him. Jeff walks it off. Spike is in the ring taunting Jeff to come back in. Jeff meets him on the apron and drives his shoulder into Spike’s stomach. He then rolls over the top rope into a sunset flip. ONE TWO THRE But Spike rolls out of it and rolls Jeff up. ONE TWO THRE, Jeff pushes him back down, and attempts another quick rollup. ONE TWO THRE But Spike rings Jeff’s bell by crashing both of his legs into Jeff’s head. Spike rolls backwards and drags Jeff by his legs to the center. He then mocks Jeff by dropping both of his legs onto Jeff’s groin area. Spike places Jeff over the middle rope and runs off the ropes. He brings Jeff’s head coming down over the middle rope. Jeff falls back down, and Shane Helms rolls him out of the ring. Helms pats him on the back. But Bubba Dudley comes around the corner and knocks Helms into the barricade. The men begin slugging it out, and soon Jeff and Spike are in the mix. Jeff rolls Spike back into the ring, and they carry on from there. Bubba and Helms are still duking it out. Charles Robinson gets fed up with the chaos, and sends Bubba and Helms to the back. They refuse to go so, Robinson jumps out of the ring, and tries to force them to leave. Meanwhile back in the ring, Spike Dudley has hooked Jeff for the Dudley Dog. Spike runs him into the corner but gets tossed outside the ring, onto Helms, Bubba, and Charles Robinson. While this has happened….THREE MINUTE WARNING have snuck in the ring…They have surrounded Jeff. Jeff tries to fight them off but is obviously overpowered. Rosey and Jamal hold Jeff up and Rikishi delivers a superkick to Jeff’s face. They still hold him up, and Jamal tosses him onto his shoulders and delivers a samoan drop. Coach “Look at these guys, they still can’t except the fact that they aren’t the number one contenders!” Rikishi then mounts the middle rope, and drops onto Hardy. Hardy is completely laid out. By the time the other men are up they have made their way back through the crowd. Spike comes back into the ring, Bubba, and Helms have started making their way to the back. Spike crawls towards Jeff and makes the cover. Hudson “It’s got to be over!” ONE TWO THRE But Jeff gets his foot on the ropes. Coach “You’ve got to be kidding me!, Jeff Hardy is still in this match!” The crowd has a mixed reaction after the attack, and they are actually in support of both men. Spike gathers Hardy up and attempts another Dudley Dog. He goes to the corner but Jeff again squirms out of it, but Spike lands on his feet. He turns around and gets smacked with a Twist of Fate out of nowhere. Jeff and Spike are both down…One Two Three Four Five Six Seven Eight Nine, but Jeff gets to his feet, he mounts the top rope where he stands teetering still hurting after the attack. But he pulls what strength he has left and delivers the Swanton Bomb. He falls backwards onto Spike for the cover. ONE TWO THREE!!!! Hudson “Jeff has just proved what the Flock is all about!” Coach “Three men couldn’t even put him away, I admire his resiliency but that still doesn’t mean I like him”

Winner: Jeff Hardy via Pin fall in 8:58

Rosey, Jamal, and Rikishi see this and make their way back down to the ring. They hover over both Jeff and Spike. Rikishi then slides both men side by side, and motions for Rosey. Rosey bounces off the ropes and splashes onto both men. He then does it again! Coach “That’s just sick! That’s enough!” Bubba along with D-Von this time does Shane Helms. They fight Three Minute Warning off sending them crashing to the outside. As Helms helps Jeff out of the ring he is stopped from behind by Bubba Dudley. Bubba turns him around and extends his hand to thank Helms. Hudson “Oh what does he want know?” Coach “Helms did help Spike” Hudson “Yeah right” Helms slaps at Bubba’s hand and slides out of the ring with Jeff. Coach “What have we seen here? The Dudley’s and The Flock have worked together, But I’m sure that’s the last we will see of that, especially when the title’s on the line!”

(The shows comes back with a shot of Roddy Piper reclining in Vince’s office talking to Hollywood)

[7:30-7:45]

Piper “Isn’t this the nicest office? Sure is a lot better than mine. Too bad Vince isn’t around to use it” Hollywood “Well, it sure is good having you back Rod, we needed some life in the party, and you’re just the guy we need to get things rolling, there are some real stiffs around here…” David Flair then barges in to the office Piper “Speaking of stiffs…..” Flair “What’d you say? I’m no stiff, I’m the Nature Boy! And I came here to challenge you Hogan, that;s right. You made me look like an ass front of Paisley on Nitro. And I’m not going to let that happen again” Hogan gets to his feet and slaps the wig off David Flair’s head. Hollywood “Let me tell you something David! You aren’t even half the man your father is! And he’d be the first to tell you, but since you can’t seem to figure that out, I guess I’ll just have to let everyone see that in the ring tonight!” So, are we good to go Roddy?” Piper “It’s on Hollywood, I suggest you get your robe on David” Piper smirks. David “What, that’s not what I, but No” He then gets shoved out of the office by Hogan.

Ric Flair’s music blares over the loudspeakers and out comes Ric’s wayward son David.
David is once again sporting Ric’s classic blue robe, and even yes, the wig. David gets in the ring, and begins to pull on the ropes. “VOODOO CHILD” by Jimi Hendrix sounds off, as the crowd goes crazy for the legend Hollywood Hulk Hogan.

[7:30-7:45]

David Flair VS Hollywood Hulk Hogan

The match begins as David tries to take off his robe. But Hogan drives him into the corner. The robe is around David’s head now. Hogan pounds David’s head onto the turnbuckle. He then mounts him and begins punching Flair. The crowd chants. “One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine, Ten!!” Flair then falls forward in his father’s trademark fashion. Coach “That’s just pathetic!” Hogan then waits for David to get back to his feet, which he does and Hogan connects with a running clothesline, David gets back up and gets nailed with another clothesline. Hogan then Hulks up as he motions to the crowd. He picks David up and presses him above his head and slams into the ground with a body slam. He then tosses him into the ropes and connects with the Big Boot, followed by the ATOMIC LEG DROP! He bounces off and nails, yet another ATOMIC LEG DROP! Hogan then stands up rips his shirt off and lays it onto David Flair. Hogan then steps out of the ring, and walks up to the back. Nick Patrick begins a ten count. One Two Three Four Five Six, Hudson “Look at Hogan, he’s afraid of Flair” Coach “Oh give me a break Scott, he just decimated Flair” Seven Eight Nine Ten!!!!

Winner: David Flair via Count-Out in 4:50

Hudson “David Flair just beat Hulk Hogan, David Flair just beat Hulk Hogan!” Coach “Look at that, Flair can’t even stand up” The ref lifts Flair’s hand up as he falls back to the ground. The ThunderTron then picks up a view of the backstage area, where Hogan is seen walking towards Vince’s office where Roddy Piper is.

Hogan then walks into the room to see the chair turned around. Hogan “Hey, Roddy How’d you like that?” The door closes right as the chair spins around., and it’s Vince McMahon!!! Vince “How long did you think I would let this go on Hogan?” The Harris Brothers then walk up from behind Hogan and beat him down. They then pick him up and toss him into an ajoining room where we see Piper lying on the ground with a bloody face. Vince “Now it’s time to get down to business, I’ve got a few people to handle tonight, Well, two less as of now!” “You guys keep an eye on them, I’ve got some business to handle”

(The camera cuts back to the Flock’s locker room)

Raven “What was that Shane? You shook Bubba’s hand? What’s that all about? You do realize that he is trying to get your tag titles!” Shane “Well, He did help Jeff…” Raven “Do you think I care…We can stand up for ourselves, Jeff didn’t need any help” Jeff is sitting in the corner, quite banged up. Raven “Did you Jeff?” Jeff “I had it under control” Raven “See, you need to stop worrying about others, and worry about yourself!” Helms “How are we supposed The camera cuts back to the Flock’s locker room)

Raven “Did you Jeff?” Jeff “I had it under control” Raven “See, you need to stop worrying about others, and worry about yourself!” Helms “How are we supposed to be a team if we do that…” Raven, “You will each carry your own weight, there’s nothing more to it, and if you don’t, you will hear from me…”
The camera cuts back to the ring as Helms stands there with a very confused look on his face.

Hudson “Thank god, Vince is back, I thought I was gonna go crazy if Piper was in charge any longer” Coach “Vince sure has reclaimed his position…But what does he have planned” Hudson “Later, I’m sure he’ll have a few surprises…, but this next matchup is a surprise in itself. It is a 4 Corners Cruiserweight Tag Match” Coach “And I do believe the man that signed this match was Roddy Piper, so you can thank him and not Vince” Hudson “Well, I guess we won’t have too much more to worry about him signing any more matches will we haha?” Coach “These teams are quite interesting, because X-Pac is actually teamed up with his opponent for Mayhem, Low Ki. This could get messy...” Let’s see how this match came about.

(a video replay of last weeks happening when the whole cruiserweight division responded to X-Pac’s words on Nitro)

[7:45-8:00]

4 CORNERS CRUISERWEIGHT TAG MATCH
Shannon Moore and Scotty Taylor VS Kaz Hayashi and Jushin Liger VS Joey Mathews and Christian York VS Low Ki and X-Pac

Coach “This is sure to be a high energy bout, the rules are this, two men will be in the ring at one time, and they can tag anyone they want, so we could even see teammates going at it!”

All 8 men are in the ring arguing over who will start the match, because it could be vital. Eventually X-Pac shoves many men out of the way and points out Scotty Taylor. X-Pac starts it off with spinning heel kick, to a still unwary Scotty Taylor. X-Pac picks Taylor up whips him into the ropes and drops to his stomach. Taylor leaps over X-Pac and then falls backwards quickly with an elbow drop, catching X-Pac of guard. He then rushes off the ropes and hits a facebuster on X-Pac. He get’s all excited and goes for the worm.
W-O-R-M! The crowd chants in. But from behind Kaz Hayashi smacks Taylor in the back for the blind tag. Scotty continues the move but Kaz steps in as the legal man and delivers a bulldog to Scotty who falls forward onto X-Pac, but the pin does not count. Kaz then kicks Scotty out of the ring. Kaz concentrates on X-Pac, picking him up and driving him down with a scoop slam. He then does a front flip and lands on X-Pac. ONE TWO THRE, But Low Ki breaks the pin, actually saving X-Pac. Hudson “X-Pac seems to be the target in this match” Kaz lifts X-Pac up does an arm wrench and a flips X-Pac over with a fireman’s carry type move. He then, waits for X-Pac do get to his feet, and charges at him with a diving cross body. X-Pac moves out of the way, and Kaz goes flying into the corner. Shannon Moore reaches over the ropes and slaps Kaz in the back, and flips him out of the ring. Moore goes to the top and leaps off with a missile dropkick onto X-Pac. He gets a head of steam and nails X-Pac with a leg drop. He then hooks X-Pac and rolls him with a mahistrol cradle pin. ONE TWO THRE X-Pac breaks the pin! Moore lifts X-Pac back to his feet, and lifts him up in the air like a suplex, and drops him forward into an amazing sit out front facebuster. He then rolls X-Pac onto his stomach and applies a single leg crab. X-Pac is in a bad way, but finally crawls to the ropes where he tags in Christian York. Moore has not broken the hold, but York leaps over the top and does a flipping neckbreaker onto Moore, X-Pac rolls out of the ring. York takes it to Moore with a standing side kick. Moore is reeling into the ropes where Jushin Liger tags him out. Liger leaps over the ropes into a sunset flip on York. ONE TWO TH York rolls out of it, backs into the ropes and dropkicks Jushin Liger right in the face. Liger is lying flat on his back with his head under the ropes. York grabs his feet and attempts to guillotine him, but Liger, pulls him down and through the ropes to the outside. Liger leaps over the top rope with a huge body splash onto York and Joey Mathews, who was trying to help York up. Liger gets to his feet and raises his arms as the crowd cheers in approval. He then pulls York back up to the apron, and leaps over the top, pulling York’s neck down over the rope and falling back to the outside. Mathews helps York and tosses his partner back in the ring. Mathews then passes X-Pac who has been walking around the ring quite some time avoiding his partner Low Ki. Liger picks York up and delivers a brainbuster and goes for the cover. ONE TWO THRE, but Scotty Taylor leaps from the top rope and breaks up the count with a leg drop to both men. York stumbles into the corner where he tags his partner Joey Mathews. Liger also gets to his corner and tags in Kaz. Kaz and Mathews begin going at it. Mathews attempts a kick and Kaz catches it and delivers a dragon screw. He then pulls Mathews towards him and delivers a picture perfect dragon suplex. ONE TWO THRE, But X-Pac puts Mathews foot on the rope. Liger angry that X-Pac just saved Mathews, jumps off the apron onto X-Pac with a flying cross body. He then takes his place back. Mathews then backs into the wrong corner where Moore takes advantage and tags himself in. Moore rushes in to knock Kaz to the mat. Moore then backs Kaz into the ropes and whips him, he catches him on the way back with The “Moore or Less” his half nelson facebuster! He makes the cover. ONE TWO THRE, but Mathews makes a save. X-Pac has gathered himself and caught himself back on the apron. Still a little ways from Low Ki, who has yet to see any action. Moore picks Kaz up and plants him with a hanging ddt. He covers Kaz. ONE TWO THR But X-Pac reaches over the ropes and grabs onto Shannon’s hair. Shannon turns and decks X-Pac, which served as a tag. He then brought X-Pac in over the ropes. Moore took X-Pac down with a jumping calf kick. Kaz then goes to tag Liger but, Liger pulls his hand away and points to X-Pac and then Low Ki. The crowd sees this and roars in approval. Kaz then tags in X-Pac’s own partner, Low Ki!!! Hudson “Now, you can’t tell me Low Ki would fight his own partner” Low Ki picks X-Pac up and drags him to every turnbuckle, slamming him into a combination of feet that are stuck out, and the turnbuckles themselves. Low Ki then picks X-Pac up and sets him on the top turnbuckle. He then rushes to the ropes spring boards off them and pulls X-Pac down with a springboard hurricanrana. He rolls straight through. Low Ki then goes to the top rope, where Joey Mathews and Christian York are. He prepares for what seems to be a Shooting Star Press. But Mathews and York knock him off the top, to keep them in this match. Mathews and York come into the ring, and do a double superplex to Low Ki. X-Pac takes quick advantage and does a running leg drop to Low Ki. He then sets him up for the X-Factor, but Low Ki pulls Pac down and springboards him right into Mathews and York. With X-Pac hitting both men, no one is sure if a tag was made. Low Ki this time goes to the top, and connects with a shooting star press. He makes the cover. ONE TWO THRE But Mathews and York pull him out under the ropes. York holds Low Ki up and tells Mathews to superkick him. Mathews winds up and goes for it, but Low Ki ducks out and Mathews clocks York. Mathews is leaned over to check on York when Low Ki runs him into the barricade. Low Ki sees that X-Pac has gotten to his feet, in the middle of the ring. Low Ki jumps to the apron, and attempts to springboard over the top rope onto a bent over X-Pac, but X-Pac stands up, and catches Low Ki in mid air with a low blow and then the X-FACTOR!!!! He makes the cover. The other men are to occupied with what has just happened, ONE TWO THREE!!!

Winner: X-Pac via Pin Fall in 10:55

Hudson “X-Pac won!!!” Coach “No X-Pac lost!, he pinned his teammate!” Hudson “Well which one is it?” Coach “Well, it doesn’t matter anymore, look what kind of trouble X-Pac is in now. Liger, Hayashi, Moore and Taylor have surrounded him in the ring. Coach “Oh man, he’s in a tough spot” But it appears as Mathews and York have climbed the top rope to save X-Pac. They leap off aiming for the four other men, but the others dodge them and they both go crashing into each other and X-Pac. They all get back to their feet in embarrassment, as Low Ki heads to the back followed by Hayashi, Liger, Moore and Taylor. They are all laughing at Mathews York and X-Pac. X-Pac then turns around and decks both the men in the ring with him and heads to the back himself. Eventually York and Mathews gather themselves and head to the back.

“NO CHANCES” explodes over the loudspeakers. Vince McMahon appears and shoves the men that are making their way back, out of his way. Vince grabs a mic from the ring announcer and stands in the center of the ring. Vince “Didn’t expect to see me did you? After last Monday, well here I am. It just goes to show you what a dedicated boss I am. And right now I am dedicated to getting some revenge on a few people. For one, Bret Hart. You think you can outsmart me, well, I’ve got one for you, You and Batista will go one on one tonight! There how do you like that? After what Batista did to me, he deserves it too. I figure I’ll kill two birds with one stone! And just in case you think that you’re just going to slip your way out of this match, I’m putting your number one contendership on the line! And just to make sure you don’t do anything stupid I’m making myself the guest referee. Well, that’s unless Commisioner Piper has to say anything about it? [The camera shows The Harris Brothers still watching over the room Piper and Hogan are locked in] Vince “Well, I guess not…Haha” “So, it looks like your on for tonight Bret, and Batista. Don’t hurt each other too much…” Vince snickers and heads to the back.
Coach “Did you hear that? Bret Hart and Batista one on one tonight! That’s a pay-per-view quality match, tonight on Thunder!” Hudson “It’s sure to be a classic!”

(The camera comes back to a shot of Rob Conway with April Hunter in the back)

April “Rob, you’ve been doing such a great job, I have no doubt that you will be the next TV champion, All we need now is for Vince to get his head out of his ass and find someone else good enough to compete for it, against you” Conway “Yea, What is with him? Haven’t I proved enough?” Just then Vince walks by, overhearing the conversation. “Oh you want a TV Champion so bad? You don’t think I know what I have planned for you. You disappoint me Rob. I thought you were smarter than that to question me. And I was being nice to you, Well, as you can tell I’m in a pretty good mood, seeing as I’ve got revenge on my mind. I’m going to give you a match tonight for the TV Title……! Conway “Finally I’m going to actually be fighting for something”
Vince walks away as April and Rob head the opposite quite happy with the news. Vince then turns the corner and starts talking to someone off screen. Vince “Do you think you can handle Conway tonight?, Alright, Take care of him. And maybe in the future there will be something more in store for you than the TV Title.” Vince then walks past.

Coach “Who was Vince talking to? What did he mean by that?” Hudson “Stop asking questions and just wait like everyone else”

Rob Conway’s music plays as he comes out escorted by the lovely April Hunter. He then waits in the ring for his opponent.

TV TITLE MATCH
Rob Conway w/ April Hunter VS ?????

Rob is waiting patiently but nobody comes out. Finally the lights go out, and a white flash lights up the entranceway, but nobody has paid any attention to what has happened in the ring. Coach “Rob Conway has just been laid out by Hakushi!!!” Hudson “What did Hakushi do?” The referee sees this and calls for the bell to start the match, but it’s got to already be over. Hakushi kicks Conway in the head for good measure and covers him. ONE TWO THREE!!!!!

Winner and new TV Champion: Hakushi via Pin Fall in 0:15

Hudson “That has to be the quickest match I’ve seen in a long time!” Coach “Well, it did help that Hakushi had to do it with a sneak attack” Hakushi grabs the title belt and begins slamming it into Conway’s head. Conway is bleeding profusely. April Hunter steps in to try to help Conway but gets knocked away, but out from the back comes Dustin Rhodes! He runs in the ring and chases Hakushi out. He then checks on Conway, and points right at Hakushi, and his newly acquired TV Title. Vince McMahon appears from the back, and walks with Hakushi to the entrance laughing and looking at Rhodes and Hunter then to Conway. Coach “Vince McMahon had that planned all along! What an asshole Vince McMahon is! Conway could be hurt terribly. The EMT’s come down to the ring and help Conway out, who must have a concussion after the blows to the head he suffered.

While the EMT’s help Conway out we see an advertisement for WCW Mayhem, which will be coming live from Atlanta, Georgia on December 22nd. The shot then goes back to Rhodes and April Hunter watching Conway being taken away on the ambulance. It then cuts to a shot of Vince walking very smug back to his office, where he finds Ron and Don Harris have been knocked out, with what appears to be a crowbar that was used to open the room that Hogan and Piper were in. Vince opens the door, and it’s empty. Vince is furious as he goes back out into the hallway to search for Piper and Hogan. Vince mutters to himself “This can’t be happening”

The shot goes back to the ring where Batista and Bret Hart have assembled. Vince comes out with a mic, Vince “Alright, I know you both know where Hogan and Piper are, so you might as well tell me! They say nothing. You’d better tell me! I’m not kidding, or you will regret this! Fine, you’d better get to it, because this match is on!

Bret Hart VS Batista w/ Special Referee Vince McMahon
-Bret’s Number One Contendership will be eliminated if he loses this match-

Vince heads down to the ring. He rips off his dress shirt to reveal the ref shirt. He rings for the bell. Hart and Batista start going at it. They exchange punches until Batista knocks Hart to the mat with a shoulder block. He then lifts Hart and drives him into the corner. Vince nods in approval, that Batista is willing to even decimate an ally. Hart comes back into a powerful bearhug front slam by Batista. Vince is even more entertained, by Batista’s forceful attitude. Vince tells Batista to hit him with the sit down powerbomb. He puts him in the position as Vince stands right behind Bret. Batista lifts Bret up but Bret sticks his leg out and low blows Vince McMahon. While Vince was preoccupied Batista nods at Bret Hart. Hudson “What the hell was that?, Batista just nodded at Hart. Bret then drops back down and pulls Batista’s legs out from under him and he hooks him in the SHARPHSOOTER! Batista begins tapping right away. Hudson “There’s no way Batista would give up that easy” Vince refuses to ring the bell, and shoves Hart off of Batista. He shakes his head and says “No way!” He obviously didn’t see Batista acknowledge Hart” Both men then bounce off the ropes, and take each other out with a double clothesline. They both stay down. Vince counts and reaches nine, and then just stops counting all together. Coach “That should have been a double countout”
Hudson “Hart and Batista are trying to screw Vince over!” Both men then get back to their feet, and Batista knocks Hart down with a spear. He then covers Hart, Vince makes a quick count ONE TWO THRE But Hart gets his foot on the ropes. Vince knocks if off, and drops down to count quickly ONE TWO THRE But Batista lifts Hart up, and looks at Vince. He then does a cut throat. He lifts Bret up in Powerbomb position. Vince is starting to think that Batista is siding with him. But before Batista can finish Hart off, “VOODOO CHILD” rings over the PA, and Hollywood Hogan and Rowdy Roddy Piper appear on stage. Batista drops Hart and goes to the ropes to look with Vince. Piper and Hogan are pointing at Vince and are heading down to the ring. Vince is staying at the ropes, when from behind in the ring, comes MACHO MAN RANDY SAVAGE!!! Back from that elbow injury he suffered from the Flock. He clocks Vince McMahon with a crowbar knocking him out cold. Batista then drops to his back all of a sudden. Bret Hart rolls over on top of him. Hogan waits on the outside as Piper rolls Vince back in the ring. Piper lifts Vince’s hand and drops it. ONE………..TWO………….THREE!!!!!!

Winner: Bret Hart via Pin Fall in 6:03

Hudson “There is no way that just happened…” Coach “Haha, Batista and Hart with the help of Piper, Hogan, and Savage just pulled one over on Vince McMahon. It seems Bret Hart is still set to meet Jericho at Mayhem for the World Title” Hudson “Damn that Randy Savage, he must have been the one that attacked the Harris Brothers, and helped Hogan and Piper, I knew it must have been him!”

Piper, Hogan, Hart, Batista, and Savage are all gathered in the ring as Nathan Jones, and The Harris Brothers come out to the ring to help Vince to the back. They look angrily at the men in the ring, and then start to walk to the back

[8:15-8:30]

Piper and company exit the ring with a good bit of humor on their faces. Coach “When Vince comes to I wonder what he’ll do next?” Hudson “You better not be laughing about that, that was just another cheap shot” Coach “Well, you can whine about it later, we’ve got a match coming up!”

“It’s all about the Benjamin’s baby!” plays over the loudspeakers and out comes Shelton Benjamin accompanied by D-Lo Brown. D-Lo pats the rookie Shelton Benjamin on the back, and drops to the outside. Just as he does, The lights dim, and a hush falls over the crowd as “End of Everything” echoes through Key Arena, and the Leader of the Flock himself, Raven walks down to the ring. He grabs a mic, and makes himself comfortable in the corner. Raven “How can you all sit here and watch this garbage, and overlook the true talent in WCW. Why do we have to be the outcasts? Well, it’s you that we’re going to cast out! Because when we have it all, we won’t even remember you. Because power is so much better…and that’s one thing that the Flock deserves! Shelton Benjamin grabs a mic as well and yells into it “The only thing that you deserve is MY foot up YOUR ass!

Raven VS Shelton Benjamin w/D-Lo Brown

Benjamin drops the mic and charges at Raven the corner. Raven ducks his head and slides out behind Benjamin and delivers a reverse ddt. Hudson “There is no way a newcomer like Benjamin can beat a veteran like Raven, it’s just not going to happen!

Raven takes it to Shelton with some stiff kicks to the gut. Raven then applies a Camel Clutch to Benjamin. Raven then begins yelling at D-Lo, taunting him by wrenching back even further on Benjamin. Raven then drops Benjamin’s head back down to the mat and stomps away at him. D-Lo gets frustrated and jumps to the apron. Raven pushes the ref into D-Lo knocking him back to the floor. D-Lo pounds on the canvas and backs away. He is yelling for Shelton to get back to his feet. Raven waits for Shelton to get back up and swings at him but Benjamin blocks it spins Raven around and drops him with a high angle back drop, landing Raven right on the back of his neck. Benjamin makes the first cover of this matchup. ONE TW but Raven gets a shoulder up. Benjamin pulls Raven to his feet and whips him into the ropes. On the way back Benjamin connects with a back body drop on Raven. Raven, holding his back, rolls to his feet, only to be kicked into the corner by Benjamin. Benjamin whips him but Raven reverses it and tosses Benjamin in the corner. Raven rushes in after but Shelton lifts his legs up, trying to jump over Raven, but gets them caught on his shoulders. Raven then pulls Shelton out with a powerbomb maneuver. He rolls Benjamin up for the cover. ONE TWO THR But Benjamin gets a hand on the ropes to save himself. Benjamin rolls over still gripping the back of his head. Raven sets Shelton up and slams him down with a shoulder breaker. Raven holds onto one of Shelton’s arms as he falls, and wraps his legs around it for the submission. But Shelton rolls over and locks Raven in an STF of sorts, but Raven rolls Benjamin back over into the arm lock submission. Shelton can’t reach the ropes but he escapes by springing out of the hold. He then still with Raven’s arm grasped in his hands connects with an armbar takeover into a roll up. ONE TWO Raven gets his shoulder up. Raven gets back to his feet only to be nailed by a dropkick by Benjamin. Benjamin waits for Raven to get back to his feet, Raven turns around as Benjamin slips under him for the Reverse Pin. But Raven drops to the ground driving Shelton’s head into the mat. He then bridges into a pin, even using the ropes. ONE TWO THRE Benjamin barely avoids defeat after that encounter. Both men are up to their feet rather quickly and are slugging it out. Benjamin sends Raven staggering back near the ropes, Benjamin steps forward and lunges with a side kick, but Raven moves out of the way and Benjamin catches his foot and straddles the ropes, and falls back into the ring, where Raven kicks him in the gut, and nails the RAVEN EFFECT! ONE TWO THREE, D-Lo attempts the save but is too late. Raven picks up a hard fought win. We see Val Venis standing at the top of the aisle where he had been watching the matchup for quite a while. Raven notices this but Val turns and goes back to the locker rooms.

WINNER: Raven via Pin Fall in 8:04

Coach “Raven with a very impressive victory, but young Shelton Benjamin showed heart.” Hudson “But in the end, like I said, he was no match for Raven. Raven makes his way back stage, giving very unkind looks to the fans, who boo him all the way.

(backstage we see Nathan Jones, The Harris Brothers, and Chris Jericho gathered around Vince’s desk, where Vince sits holding an ice bag to his head!)

Vince, “How could you let that happen?, Ron, Don, you were supposed to watch them! Besides the fact, where the hell does Randy Savage get the balls to come up from behind and hit me with a crowbar. Huh, who does he think he is? Well, I’ll make sure he regrets is because next week I’ll let you take care of him when he faces Nathan Jones! Jericho “Why don’t we worry about my match tonight huh, I think it’s a little bit more important. I don’t want anyone interfering in my match. Even though it isn’t for the title., I still don’t want to have to worry about crowbar swinging ass clowns interrupting my match. Now you’ll make sure that doesn’t happen right? Don Harris “Yea, we messed up once tonight, we wont let it happen again Vince” You’d better not! The camera cuts away and we go to another commercial break.

-commercial break-

[8:30-8:45]

The camera opens to Marcus Bagwell’s locker room, where he is talking to Chuck Palumbo and Bill Demott. Marcus “You guys got my back tonight right?” Demott “You know it!” Palumbo “All the way, all the way” Marcus “Last week it was fun in games but tonight it’s serious stuff. We’ve got to watch every move we make, because they are out to get us. Palumbo “We’ve got it under control” Demott “If anyone tries to interfere in the match, we’ll take care of them”

The bagpipes begin to play at ringside as Roddy Piper, along with Hogan and Savage appear on the stage. Piper “We’ve had quite a busy night tonight, so I’d just like to let you fans know that we won’t be sticking around to get into anyone’s business for the rest of the night. We want tonight’s cage match to be a fair fight, so we are going to make ourselves scarce. It was a pleasure being with you tonight, and we’ll see you Monday….Hudson “Hah, they are just scared, scared of Vince McMahon!” Coach “I doubt it, I think this is a very intelligent move by Piper, Hogan, and Savage” Piper, Hogan, and Savage turn to leave, but right before Piper hits the exit, he turns around and rushes back. Piper “Oh I can’t leave on such a sour note, that’s why I am making this cage match tonight, for the WORLD TITLE!!!! The fans erupt as they finally head back.

Hudson “A Title Match, Jericho won’t be happy!”

(Jericho is seen in the hallway watching a monitor with Vince)

Y2J “He can’t do that, can he?” Vince “I’m afraid so…” Chris turns over a table and storms down to the ring, pissed.

(back at ringside)

Coach: “The Cage is beginning to lower, just look at that ominous structure. 15 Feet Tall, and it’s all steel. The only way these men will be able to win, Is by pin fall or escaping the cage, either through the door, or over the top.” Hudson “Which is not the easiest way out”

Marcus Bagwell heads down to the ring to his music, and climbs the side of the cage. He gets to the top, lifts his arms up high, and makes his way to the inside. Then the all familiar them music of Chris Jericho screams through the loudspeakers. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jericho makes his way to the ring. Jericho takes his time. He begins climbing the outside of the cage, but Bagwell runs and dropkicks the cage smashing Jericho’s fingers and knocking him off. Jericho then circles to the door where referee Nick Patrick is ready to open it. Patrick opens it for Jericho as he steps onto the steps. Bagwell attempts to get a head start, but Jericho jumps off the steps and slams the door right into Bagwell’s face knocking him down on his back. Jericho now, still cautiously enters the cage. The door is shut behind him and the bell is rung to start the match.

WORLD TITLE CAGE MATCH
Chris Jericho © VS Marcus Bagwell

Jericho runs into the ring and attempts a lionsault right off the bat but Bagwell gets his knees up. Jericho staggers back and grips his midsection. Bagwell stands back up and approaches Jericho. Jericho is put to the mat with a hard European uppercut. Bagwell then brings Jericho to his feet with a double arm face lock. He picks Jericho up in a piledriver position, and runs him right into the side of the cage. Bagwell holds onto the double arm lock, and suplexes Jericho right over. The in ring ref Charles Robinson makes the count. ONE TWO THRE Jericho gets a shoulder up. Coach “I think Bagwell is surprising the champion tonight, Jericho may have underestimated Marcus Bagwell” Bagwell lifts Jericho to his feet and pulls his arm back for a hard punch but Jericho gets a thumb to the eye, and a quick DDT. Jericho then locks Bagwell with a side leg lock. He pulls back on the leg of Bagwell. Eventually he crosses his leg over and delivers a leg drop to Bagwell, still holding on after he has hit the mat. Bagwell is reeling in pain. Robinson is asking him if he wants to give up, but Bagwell absolutely refuses to. Bagwell escapes the pain momentarily by bridging out of the hold. Jericho is still holding on to Bagwell’s leg though. Eventually Jericho pulls him back down, but gets kicked in the face with Bagwell’s opposite leg. Jericho is still in a sitting position as Bagwell hobbles of the ropes and flips over Jericho with a mini version of the blockbuster neckbreaker, Jericho’s head hits the mat and he rolls back of clutching the back of his head. Bagwell lifts Jericho up from behind but Jericho swing and elbow around and connects squarely with Bagwell’s jaw. Bagwell goes flying into the corner. Jericho rushes in and drives him to the turnbuckle. He then takes Bagwell and tosses him into the side of the cage. Bagwell comes bouncing backwards right into The Breakdown by Jericho. Y2J makes the cover. ONE TWO TH, But it’s not enough to keep Buff down. Jericho is in full control now, as he lifts a bloodied Bagwell to his feet. Hudson “Would you look at that. Bagwell is busted wide open!” Jericho throws Bagwell into the side of the cage one more time. And then takes Bagwell’s face and slides it across the ropes. Bagwell is draped over the rope, as Jericho pulls back on it sending Bagwell tumbling backwards into the center of the ring. Jericho yells “I’m the King of the World!” and heads towards the door. Nick Patrick holds it wide open for Jericho. Jericho steps through the ropes but his leg his grabbed by Bagwell, Jericho tries to turn around and slug Bagwell but can’t reach and Bagwell pulls him back through the ropes, as the door closes right out of Jericho’s reach. Hudson “He was there Coach! He was right there!” Bagwell grabs Jericho’s other leg and drags him clear over to the other side where he slingshot Jericho into the side of the cage! Bagwell steps up on the middle turnbuckle and salutes the crowd. He then begins climbing. But Jericho jumps to the top rope and catches Bagwell. But Bagwell shoves Jericho off. He then keeps climbing but notices Jericho is up to his feet. He then leaps off from about 10 feet up onto Jericho. Bagwell rolls of Jericho holding his arm. Hudson “Hah, Bagwell hurt HIMSELF on that dumb move” Bagwell is getting back to his feet, as is Jericho. Coach “What an exciting match this is turning out to be, we’ll be back to catch the end of the match right after our final commercial break” Hudson “You just can’t go to commercial like that”

(8:45-9:00)

-commercial break-

Coach “We’re back!!! Let’s take a look at what happened during the break.” (A video replay of Chris Jericho ducking a clothesline from Bagwell and dropping Bagwell over the top rope and into the cage) We cut back as Bagwell is pulling himself up between the cage and the ropes. Jericho runs straight at Bagwell and does a flying cross body over the ropes smashing Bagwell into the cage. Both men are sprawled out in the small space between the ropes and the cage. Jericho gets to his feet and steps through the ropes pulling Marcus Bagwell through with him. Chris picks Bagwell up and suplexes him in the center of the ring. He makes a cover. ONE TWO THRE Bagwell barely gets out of it. Jericho plants Bagwell with a scoop slam and begins to climb out of the ring. Bagwell comes up and catches Jericho on the top rope. He pulls Jericho down into a german suplex. Jericho is balled up in the center of the ring. Bagwell gets up holding the small of his back. That suplex took a bit out of him too. Bagwell picks Jericho up and drops him with a pump handle front slam! Bagwell makes a cover. ONE TWO TH But Jericho gets the shoulder up. He does not want to lose his World Title to Bagwell. Bagwell, kicks Jericho while he’s on the ground. He then lifts Jericho up and tries to whip him into the corner. But Jericho reverses it and sends Bagwell smashing straight into Charles Robinson knocking the ref into the cage. Robinson is down. Bagwell tries to pick him up, but Jericho low blows Bagwell from behind bounces off the ropes and lands a face buster on the challenger. Jericho rushes to the ropes and lands the LIONSAULT!! He makes a cover, but Robinson is down. Jericho gets angry and decides to go the easy way out, through the door. He heads to the door as Patrick opens it. Jericho begins to step out but catches Bagwell charging at him with the corner of his eye. Jericho ducks out of the way as Bagwell leaps at him. Bagwell catches himself on the ropes, smacks the cage and yells as if he’s hit it. Jericho turns around and grins, getting all cocky about how he avoided Bagwell, but he turns around to find Bagwell had not hit the cage at all, and Jericho gets nailed with a clothesline. Bagwell turns to go out of the ropes, but Jericho gets back to his feet, and yells at Bagwell. “That’s it! Run away!” Bagwell gets irritated by this and goes to smack Jericho down with another clothesline, but Jericho moves to the side and attempts a side suplex, but Bagwell elbows Jericho and lifts him up with a fireman’s carry slam. Bagwell heads to the door. But Nick Patrick is not there to open it, because Nathan Jones has slammed him into the side of the cage and tossed him aside. Now that both refs are out, Jones steps into the cage, He kicks a weary Bagwell in the stomach lifts him up and powerbombs him hard to the mat. He then drags Bagwell to his feet, and CHOKESLAMS HIM, down to the ground.
He then smacks his hands together and walks out the door of the cage and to the back, but Palumbo and Demott come out and attack the Big Australian. Eventually they toss Nathan Jones off the stage and onto the barricade neck first. Hudson “Demott and Palumbo just took Nathan Jones out” Coach “But Jones got his business done in the ring”
Charles Robinson is moving around now, and sees Chris Jericho cover a limp Marcus Bagwell. ONE TWO THRE NO!! Bagwell gets a shoulder up. Hudson “How did he manage that? He kicked out of a Jones Chokeslam!” The crowd is screaming for Buff Bagwell! But Jericho gets up and stomps away at Bagwell. Jericho picks Buff up and sets him in powerbomb position. He lifts him up and slams him down, once, Twice, and a Third time before he makes the cover. ONE TWO THRE But Bagwell again kicks out of what seemed to be the end. Jericho is completely shocked. He cannot put Bagwell away. Jericho looks at Bagwell, and then at the top of the cage. He begins climbing. But Bagwell is somehow back to his feet, and climbing Right after Jericho. Jericho reaches the top with Bagwell just beneath him. Jericho tries to kick Bagwell down but slips himself and falls down to Bagwell’s level. Bagwell rolls over the top of the cage with the fans screaming, Coach “We’re going to have new champion!” Hudson “No, no no” but sees Jericho perched on the top quite dazed. He gets a crazy look in his eye, and climbs back over and holds himself on the top of the cage. HE then leaps and flips over top of Jericho and nails THE BLOCKBUSTER FROM THE TOP OF THE CAGE!!!!
Both men are motionless in the center of the ring. Coach “I’m speechless, that was the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen!” Hudson “But it sure cost him as much as it did Jericho” Both men are completely out of it. After awhile of neither of the men moving Jericho gets to his feet, he looks down at Bagwell, who may have taken himself out with that risky maneuver. Jericho locks Bagwell in the WALLS OF JERICHO!! Bagwell isn’t even moving. Jericho pulls back even further. Charles Robinson lifts Bagwell’s hand ONCE, TWICE, and a THIRD TIME!!!! Hudson “Jericho did it, he is still WCW World Champion” Coach “You’ve got to hand it to him, but Nathan Jones did save Jericho earlier in the match, Bagwell had it won”

Winner and STILL WCW World Champion: Chris Jericho Via Submission in 19:04

Jericho is still pulling back on Bagwell, Bagwell must be unconscious. Palumbo and Demott come rushing back to the ring. Jericho drops the hold and starts climbing the cage. Palumbo and Demott ascend behind him. Jericho is squirming up the top.

He drops to the outside where the Harris Brothers catch him, and they retreat to the back. Coach “Jericho just had to add insult to injury with that!, He already won the match, but he still had to do that, how can you enjoy this Hudson?” Hudson “It’s just so funny…” Palumbo and Demott are in the ring helping Bagwell up who is still very dazed. They carry him through the door, and to the back. The crowd is erupting for Bagwell. They disappear into the back, as a shot of Nathan Jones still knocked out on the floor below the stage. Coach “What an amazing main event to cap Thunder!! I’m Jonathan Coachman for Scott Hudson, saying tune in Monday for NITRO!!!”
