Former WWE superstar Andrew "Test" Martin was arrested Sunday morning in Pasco County, Florida and accused of driving under the influence.
Martin, 33, was stopped by an off-duty police officer on State Road 54 near Gateway Boulevard by an off-duty police officer. A Florida Highway patrol trooper responded to the scene just after 10:30 AM and said that Martin's eyes were glassy and bloodshot and his speech was slurred. The trooper wrote in their report that he did not smell of alcohol but was "unsteady and shaking" when he stepped out of the car.
He agreed to do field-sobriety tests and failed. Martin was arrested on charges of DUI and driving while his license was suspended or revoked.
Martin, a Tampa resident, refused to submit a urine test and was taken to the Land O' Lakes Jail. The trooper wrote in their report that Martin "was constantly falling asleep in the vehicle".
He was freed after posting $500 bail on Sunday night. Martin was backstage at WrestleMania XXIV a couple of weeks ago as he is the boyfriend of current WWE Diva Kelly Kelly.
