Matt Morgan Leaving Wrestling for a New Job, Welcomes First Child

Posted by on Wednesday, January 8th, 2014

- Former TNA and WWE star Matt Morgan announced in an exclusive interview with that he is leaving the pro wrestling business to be a father to his new child and to work as a regional manager for a “big-time medical device company.”

Morgan said not returning to WWE or TNA was an easy decision to make. He said the money he will be making from this medical company blew away anything WWE or TNA could offer. Morgan said he was in talks with both companies but couldn’t turn down this new job. However, Morgan doesn’t consider himself retired because he still thinks he’s in his prime. He’s not ruling out the occasional indie appearance.

Morgan tweeted the following on Tuesday:

“By the grace of God, we welcomed our first born Jackson Morgan into the world earlier today!!! Thx for all ur prayers guys! #GodIsGreat”

He’ll be back. and I highly doubt that WWE could not offer him more than any medical device company, but his schedule would not be as hard.

It’s probably less a matter of whether they could, more a matter of if they did or if they ever would. It’s certainly not crazy to think a regional manager for a medical anything company could be making some pretty serious coin.

I am not sure of his background to be a manager.

    • Joe Musolf

Because I’m sure you know him so well.

Perhaps you should learn to read. I said “I am not sure”. That means I do not know. Get it?????

That horrible and disgusting big nose HHH thinks he is so smart. Matt Morgan is money in WWE. Too bad big nose is so dumb.
