Paul Daley went from a top prospect in the UFC’s welterweight division to being cut after a post-fight incident with Josh Koscheck in 2010. After the fight concluded, Daley sucker punched Koscheck and UFC president Dana White said he would never return.
“People sleep on me since I got cut from the UFC,” said Daley to Fighters Only. “I’ve had a few decision losses and people are trying to push me to the side and forget about me. I’m not disrespecting any British fighter, but I honestly feel I’m pound-for-pound the best UK fighter. I’m willing to fight anybody.”
