Report: WWE Letting Contracts Expire – Details

2

As we reported several weeks ago here on the website, there is a belief that WWE are letting contracts for wrestlers expire, instead of announcing their release, as a way to downplay the controversy and negativity toward the company when people leave.

WWE is now taking the strategy of no longer announcing the releases of WWE Superstars. They are letting the contracts expire, and the wrestlers will announce it themselves.

  1. Except now the wrestlers can announce ahead of time the WWE has no interest in resigning a man/woman with kids to feed 🙂

    • Right. The WWE only cares about the bottom line. They have to report to shareholders what they’re going to do to increase revenue. Where do old WWE wrestlers go?
Since they probably don’t know how to do much else, they most likely wrestle in the independent promotions for a lot less money. The WWE replaces them with new guys like Bo Dallas and Adam Rose and women like Emma.
What the Hell! Now we’re stuck with a dorky idiot, a disturbing weirdo, and a moronic dancer.
