Shield Loses Dark Main Event, Cole’s Theme Song, Finkel, Birthdays

- Howard Finkel is currently in the Superstar Spotlight on WWE’s website.

- David Flair turns 34 years old today while former WWE star Val Venis turns 42.

- Michael Cole no longer uses the old Kerwin White theme song. He’s been coming out to a more generic contemporary rock song.

- The dark main event after last night’s WWE SmackDown tapings in Albany saw Ryback, Sheamus and Randy Orton defeat Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose by DQ. The DQ came when Roman Reigns used a steel chair. The babyfaces then hit their finishers to end the show.
