The California Athletic Commission released the following suspensions to MMAjunkie. Dan Henderson and Josh Koscheck were each given six month medical suspensions and the majority of the card received seven-day minimum suspensions as precautionary measures.
- Dan Henderson – 6-month suspension unless cleared by physician for possible right hand fracture
- Josh Neer – 6-month suspension unless cleared by physician for possible nasal fracture
- Josh Koscheck – 45-day suspension, 30 days no contact; in addition, 6-month suspension unless cleared by doctor for possible right rotator cuff injury
- Brendan Schaub – 60-day suspension unless cleared by physician for upper lip laceration
- Dennis Bermudez – 60-day suspension unless cleared by physician for left eyebrow laceration
- Matt Grice – 45-day suspension with 30 days no contact; in addition, 60-day suspension unless cleared by physician for front scalp laceration
- Brock Jardine – 6-month suspension unless cleared by physician for left thigh injury
- Yuri Villefort – 60-day suspension unless cleared by physician
