– Brian “Road Dogg” James, who is more than likely a future prospect in his own right, will induct Jeff Jarrett into the WWE Hall of Fame next weekend in New Orleans. Brian actually made his debut in WWE alongside Jarrett and the two worked closely together for many years when he was a part of the TNA Wrestling roster. Here’s the updated list of entrants being inducted this year:

  • Goldberg (via Paul Heyman)
  • The Dudley Boys (via Edge & Christian)
  • Ivory (via Molly Holly)
  • Jeff Jarrett (via Road Dogg)
  • Hillbilly Jim (TBD)
  • Mark Henry (TBD)
  • Warrior Award: JJ Robertson (TBD)
  • Celebrity: Kid Rock (TBD)

NJPW has announced the final match card for this weekend’s Sakura Genesis. Okada will be looking to tie the all-time consecutive defenses record when he faces New Japan Cup winner Zack Sabre Jr. Plus two Bullet Club vs. Bullet Club matches, Will Ospreay defends the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship against Marty Scurll, six-man titles on the line and more!

Samoa Joe and Jeff Hardy will be back in action by 4/27 for the WWE Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia, if not sooner. He will be involved in a Fatal 4-Way match with The Miz, Finn Balor and Seth Rollins for the Intercontinental Championship. John Cena will also face Triple H for the first in 8 years, The Bar takes on the Hardy Boyz and of course, the first ever 50-Man Greatest Royal Rumble match.

– This week’s WWE RAW ended on another disappointing note. After teasing The Undertaker finally appearing to answer John Cena’s WrestleMania challenge… nothing happened. Again. We did get another excellent brawl between Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns, an in-ring appearance from Ronda Rousey and a few more matches announced/teased for the Showcase of the Immortals.
