Billy Gunn was recently on The Ring, The Cage & The Stage show recently. During the conversation, he brought up omissions from the WWE Hall Of Fame. The former Intercontinental Champion believes that DX should be inducted, but that first The New Age Outlaws (himself and Road Dogg Jesse James) should be inducted first, as well as fellow Intercontinental Champion Chyna. Gunn said that her absence is a “sore subject.”

“She [Chyna] deserves it more than anyone that’s in there right now,” Gunn said. “That’s a huge sore subject with me. It’s just bulls–t! I just think Chyna should have been in a long time ago. She did more. It’s who they send. It’s political, they send who they want to send, and that’s wrong. You send who deserves to go. It’s about what you’ve done and contributed to this business and what legacy you left.”

Joanie “Chyna” Laurer died on April, 20th 2016. WWE fans had been calling for her induction long before her untimely death, but fan support for her induction has considerably strengthened in the two years since she passed.
