Breaking: Kurt Angle Confirms First 7-Man Elimination Chamber Match in WWE History

After a chaotic end to this week’s Monday Night RAW, Kurt Angle has officially announced that for the first time in history seven men will compete in the Elimination Chamber on February 25th.

Going into Monday’s episode of RAW we knew about five competitors who had qualified for the bout: Roman Reigns, John Cena, Elias, Braun Strowman and Intercontinental Champion The Miz. We also know that The Miz will enter the match first, after losing to Cena in singles action, and Elias will be the last man to enter the match following his victory over both Cena and Strowman.

A “second chance” qualifier between Matt Hardy, Finn Balor, Apollo Crews and Bray Wyatt has been advertised for the past week, with the winner earning the final spot inside the Chamber. However, after his tag team partner was written off the show with a legitimate injury, Seth Rollins was instead added to the bout making it a fatal five-way qualifier instead. The match ended in controversy, with both Rollins and Balor picking up pinfalls simultaneously, and RAW went off the air with millions of fans shaking their heads in confusing.
