We started with 32 of the most incredible women’s wrestlers from all around the world, and after two months of hard-hitting competition, the finals of the 2018 Mae Young Classic culminated Sunday night at the historic all-women’s pay-per-view event WWE Evolution.

In an incredible, dramatic battle between two of the best on the planet today, the 23-year-old Australia sensation Toni Storm defeated joshi legend Io Shirai to claim the Mae Young Classic trophy.

Storm was presented with the official tournament trophy and a bouquet of flowers by Triple H, Stephanie McMahon and Sara Amato, the women’s head coach at the WWE Performance Center.
