Chase Owens may be on his way out of New Japan Pro-Wrestling. The Bullet Club star noted on Twitter that his contract with the promotion is set to expire at the end of today (Friday, Jan. 31), so unless he signs a new deal Owens will be a free agent as soon as this weekend.
For what it’s worth, Owens is still scheduled to work Saturday’s New Japan event in Atlanta, GA where he will face Rocky Romero in singles action.
Today is the final day of my njpw contract. Hope to see everyone tomorrow at the Coca Cola Roxy theatre in Atlanta Georgia!!
