Dana White: Jose Aldo Vs. Anthony Pettis Fight Back On Tap

It would appear the planned August match between featherweight champion Jose Aldo and Anthony Pettis is now back on. UFC president Dana White recently confirmed during a fan chat Monday night that he just got done speaking with Aldo’s manager. Aldo told members of the Brazilian media that he didn’t feel Pettis deserved a shot before some of the other featherweights in the UFC.

No official date or location has been made official for the Aldo vs Pettis match. Dana White also confirmed that the bout will be for Aldo’s UFC title.
