As we noted earlier tonight, Impact Wrestling Knockout Hania The Huntress, who blindsided and attacked Rosemary on this week’s Impact Wrestling, has already left the company.
Hania debuted at the Ottawa, Canada TV tapings back in November, and appeared at last week’s tapings in Orlando, during which she wrestled three matches. Impact officials then asked Hania to put over newcomer Su Yung, in what was supposed to be a 90 second squash match, however Hania refused, and was reportedly fired as a result.
PWInsider.com is reporting Hania actually requested her release from Impact and she has since issued the following statement, claiming reports of her being fired were “blown out of proportion”.
So Impact and I came to a mutual decision, and there is absolutely no bad blood or hard feelings on either side. I’m thankful, had a good time even met some cool people. But immature people like to blow things out of proportion. Thanks again to everyone at impact.

In related news, Su Yung, Hania’s reported opponent for the squash match, is the wife of currently suspended WWE star Rich Swann. Yung and Swann were recently involved in a domestic incident which saw Swann suspended from WWE indefinitely.
