As we noted last night, Impact Wrestling’s newsworthy TV tapings continued on Saturday night in Orlando, with the tapings concluding Monday night.

During last night’s tapings, Impact Wrestling announced a new PPV, “Redemption”, will air in April. There was talk of Impact bringing the Lockdown event back to PPV in April, however, it appears as if the Redemption event will be debuting instead.

The PPV, which will take place on April 22nd, will be headlined by Impact World Champion Austin Aries vs Alberto El Patron after the two setup an angle last night.
