Impact Wrestling Knockout Hania Fired For Refusing to Job at Recent Tapings

According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, newcomer Hania the Huntress was fired by Impact Wrestling after refusing to lose a 90-second squash match to Su Yung.

Hania debuted at the Impact tapings back in November after Bound for Glory, working a match against fellow prospect KC Spinelli. She worked three matches at last week’s tapings in Orlando losing to Rosemary, before being asked to put over the debuting Su Yung in a short match, which she apparently didn’t agree with. Hania was sent home and will likely not be asked back again.

If the name Su Yung sounds familiar to those who don’t follow the independent wrestling scene, she is the wife of WWE Superstar Rich Swann. The two recently made headlines when Swann was arrested for domestic battery and false imprisonment and suspended indefinitely by WWE, awaiting a court ruling. She came into Impact last week with a great push, and will challenge for the Knockouts Championship at Impact Redemption on April 22nd.

After what Hania done to Rosemary having her to loose in a squash match was too much the storylines have to lead to something she destroys Rosemary ( the best female wrestler outside Sienna and a top 10 in All of wrestling maybe top 5) that’s just too confusing.

Don’t blame her at all. Makes no since to bury yourself in such an organization at this time.
