According to WBTV, WWE star Jeff Hardy plead guilty on Monday stemming from a driving while impaired arrest which took place back in March in Cabarrus County, North Carolina.
As for Hardy’s punishment, the report notes Hardy was given a 120-day suspended sentence and fined $300 for court costs. Additionally, the current WWE United States Champion will need to complete an assessment and treatment class in addition to turning over his license. Finally, Hardy will have 120 days to complete 48 hours of community service.
On March 10th of this year, Hardy was arrested on charges of DWI following a car accident which saw Hardy crash his 2016 Cadillac CTS-V sedan.
It was later reported that Hardy’s blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit upon the time of his arrest, as police say Hardy submitted to a breath test and blew a .25, which is more than three times the legal limit in the state of North Carolina.
