AEW star Jon Moxley recently spoke with Nikkan Sports where he revealed his status regarding future New Japan Pro Wrestling shows.
Moxley has recently been competing in New Japan G1 and it has been unknown whether he would be able to continue working for them once AEW begins its weekly television show in October.
Thankfully it is good news for New Japan fans as the former WWE Superstar has confirmed he will be able to continue competing.
“Fortunately, there is no problem in fighting in New Japan while belonging to an American organization (AEW). In the future, I can always show up in Japan and [wrestle],” said Moxley. “Naturally, I want to do it at Tokyo Dome. If you win the G1, you can fight at the main event of Tokyo Dome.”
Both Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho are also able to compete thanks to their AEW contract.
