During the New Japan Pro Wrestling G1 Special in America, Jim Ross was knocked down from the commentary booth during a match.
Jay White and Juice Robinson’s bout spilled to the outside where White’s dropkick saw Robinson fall into the barricade which knocked JR over, causing quite a stir. Since then JR has tweeted stating that the move was not planned and he believes he suffered a broken rib from the situation.

For the record, the ‘bump’ I took at ringside at #G1SanFrancisco was not storyline driven matter nor was it discussed.
I think I broke a rib.

Sean Waltman Comments On Takahashi Injury
Jim Ross’ injury wasn’t the only one during the show as Takahashi suffered an incredibly serious broken neck and Sean Waltman gave his thoughts on it on Twitter.
Waltman stated that he has broken his neck on two occassions and returned, so the fact Takahashi left the ring walking is a good sign to him that he will be back.
Ive had my neck broken twice in the ring. 2nd time had it surgically repaired. I was able to make a full recovery & return to Wrestling for the most successful run of my career. Takahashi walked out of the ring on his own. He's not done yet. Mark my words.
