NJPW star Kenny Omega participated in an AXS TV conference call today, and ProWrestling.com was on hand for the call and will be providing a more detailed call recap later. Below are some noteworthy comments from Omega during the call.

Omega also discussed the possibility of working with The New Day in a wrestling ring following their much-hyped video game battle at E3, and he said “all of us want the match.” Omega furthered that the time is now to cash-in on a match such as The Elite vs The New Day, and the old mentality of us vs them when it comes to WWE needs to be shelved. Omega noted that when he informed the new President of NJPW that he was doing the cross-promotional video game battle, the President was very pleased with idea.
