The Undisputed Era had some things to say following their beatdown on the January 9 edition of NXT. Bobby Fish, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong attacked EC3 following his loss to Adam Cole.
The Undisputed Era were in full form and owned the ring, until The War Raiders made the save. Hanson and Rowe stormed the ring and laid out the quartet. This continued the heat between both sides, which is leading to a tag team title match at Takeover: Phoenix on January 26.
O’Reilly and Strong will put the belts on the line and many fans believe it will be just another win for the duo. Though The Undisputed Era indeed wins more matches than it loses, the fact is that the thrill of the chase has been in full effect for quite some time.
A major part of the drama for the group is the title defense itself, as each challenging team gets closer and closer to taking the championships. The War Raiders are fully capable of wining the belts and taking over the tag team division. Whether or not that happens at Takeover remains to be seen.
EXCLUSIVE: Question #UndisputedERA all you want… it still won't convince them that #WarRaiders @WarBeardHanson & @RAYMONDxROWE are capable of dethroning them at #NXTTakeOver: Phoenix! #WWENXT@KORcombat @RoderickStrong @AdamColePro @theBobbyFish pic.twitter.com/oDBTr2Svfb
