WWE Superstar Luke Harper recently filed to trademark the name “Brodie Lee” for use in merchandise and as a performer. That was the name he used while on the indie scene from 2004 until signing with WWE in 2012.
Harper released a statement back in April revealing that he had asked WWE for his release. The request was denied, and he was eventually brought back to television in September to work the short program with Erick Rowan and Roman Reigns. He has not been seen on television since Hell in a Cell, although he did work the European tour earlier this month.
