THE UNDISPUTED ERA vs. THE WAR RAIDERS, PETE DUNNE, & RICOCHET
SHOCK. THE SYSTEM. The Undisputed Era make their way out and the person to start the match is ADAM COLE BAYBAY. He looks confident as he steps in the ring and then the War Raiders come out, followed by Pete Dunne who has his knee heavily taped. Dunne has war paint on, as does the man who will be starting the match with Adam Cole, NXT North American Champion Ricochet. He steps into the ring and into the hell known as WarGames.
Adam Cole and Ricochet start to trade hands and Ricochet runs to the corner and slingshots himself of, but Cole counters with a backstabber. Cole picks up Ricochet up and hits a neck breaker. Ricochet is trying to fight back, but Cole reverses into a Ushigaroshi. The beatdown continues, as Cole continued to ground the highflyer.
The time runs out and the Undisputed Era gain the advantage with Kyle O’Reilly and they start to zero in on the leg of Ricochet. Ricochet attempts to fight back but the numbers are too much for him. O’Reilly hits a chop block to the leg of Ricochet, and Cole hits another Ushigaroshi as the time expires and now it’s Hanson who joins the match. He comes in strong and tears the hell out of both Adam Cole & Kyle O’Reilly. He puts Cole and O’Reilly in opposite corners and begins to go back and forth, smashing both men with splashes over and over and over. O’Reilly falls to the ground and Hanson gets on his hands and knees to set up for Ricochet to hit a shooting star onto O’Reilly off the back of Hanson. Wow.
Out next is Roderick Strong who comes in on fire again, and we’re reminded that the match has not even yet officially started, and everything up until now is chaos. Strong hits backbreakers on everyone and it’s fantastic as he hits a few urinages on Ricochet.
Out next is Rowe and the power house is taking to everyone. He catches O’Reilly in a crossbody, and then Hanson puts Strong in powerbomb position on Rowe. Rowe delivers a powerbomb AND powerslam, then the War Raiders begin to slam everyone into the cage.
Time runs out and Bobby Fish is next to come out, but instead of making his way to the ring, he has a padlock and puts it round the door of the cage where Pete Dunne is waiting! He takes the key and throws it into the crowd somewhere and then Fish comes to the ring. Before he comes in, he goes underneath the ring just to grab FOUR Undisputed Era branded chairs. The 4 men take the chairs to The War Raiders and Ricochet, decimating their opponents, and Pete Dunne can’t do a thing. Cole, Fish, O’Reilly, and Strong have the heavy advantage as they continue to create havok in the middle of the ring.
Time runs out, signalling for Dunne to come in, but it doesn’t matter as the referee unlocks one lock, but doesn’t have the key to the other padlock. Cole screams at him from the cage, telling him he can’t do a damn thing and that he runs this show. The referees finally find bolt cutters and they let Dunne free, but rather than just get in the ring, he grabs a kendo stick and starts to take it to the Undisputed Era. Before he gets into the ring, he brings in tables, garbage cans, kendo sticks, and all sorts of goodies, and now its the Undisputed Era that is in trouble.
Adam Cole is put in the corner with a garbage can over his head and Rowe throws Hanson into that garbage can.
There is too much chaos to call, but The Undisputed Era eventually makes their way back, and takes down Richochet and the War Raiders, leaving Pete Dunne surrounded by all four men. Dunne fights his way out and impressively shows why they call him the Bruiser Weight. The numbers are too much for him, and Kyle O’Reilly grabs a chain and puts the already injured leg of Pete Dunne in a submission hold, and Dunne is in trouble.
The rest of the Undisputed Era grabs chairs and fends off the War Raiders from getting in the ring, but Ricochet leaps over the ropes onto the UE, Ricochet breaks up the submission and then the War Raiders come in to even the odds. Tables are set up and Roderick Strong spears Rowe through a table. O’Reilly is laid across a table and Hanson stands on the turnbuckle of one ring and splashes through the body of O’Reilly on the other side, through the table.
Adam Cole collects himself and gets to the top of the ring, but Ricochet follows. The two men do battle at the top of the ring, and the Fish follows. Eventually most of the men are on the ropes or on top, which left Just Hanson and O’Reilly to hit a tower of Doom, with Adam Cole sent crashing hardest, and Ricochet left on top. All men get up and start to brawl and Ricochet hits a DOUBLE moonsault off the top rope onto everyone! MAMA MIA!
