Tag Team division
Let’s be honest. I can’t say that RAW’s tag team division sucks because RAW doesn’t have a tag team division! Here is RAW’s alleged “tag team division.”
-AOP (name has been shortened, Drake Maverick pees)
-The Revival (#JusticeForTheRevival #GiveTheRevivalAChance)
-Bobby Rose & Chad Gable (meh, not so Glorious)
-Breezango (Fandango injured)
-The B Team (MIA)
-Lucha House Party (I. HATE. LUCHA. HOUSE. RULES.)
-The Ascension (oof)
-Heath Slater & Rhyno (minus Rhyno now?)
Within the past few months we have lost the teams of Bray Wyatt & Matt Hardy, Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins, Titus Worldwide, and the pairing of Drew McIntyre & Dolph Ziggler.
Maybe former RAW Tag Team Champion Nicholas will return and save us from this despair!
I’m getting more angrier writing this….I’m going to move on.
Fix It: I have said this many times and will continue to say it. When WWE re-introduced the brand split, there needed to be a differentiation between RAW and Smackdown. Creating two equal shows did not end up working the first time around and it looks as though it isn’t working this time either. I suggested that WWE puts the tag team division on one brand and the women’s division on the other.
Creating two “equal” titles such as the RAW Tag Team Championship and the Smackdown Live Tag Team Championship is not creative. I would much rather had all of the tag teams on Smackdown and have that division be a true division. If all the tag teams were on one show, we could get better storylines, more meaningful matches, and the possibility at growing the division. 6-man Tag Team Championships anyone?
