The show has announced a new Cruiserweight Championship Tournament, spearheaded by new 205 Live General Manager Drake Maverick (formerly known as Rockstar Spud), in which 16 men will compete for the now vacant Cruiserweight Championship and will culminate at the grandest stage of them all, WrestleMania.

Maverick has promised us some surprises, and we have already seen a couple, including former United Kingdom Champion, Tyler Bate, and NXT superstar Roderick Strong, who took on HIdeo Itami in a fantastic match.
