Ring of Honor Announces Bandido’s Start Date & Upcoming Schedule; Will He Compete At Madison Square Garden?

Ring of Honor has officially announced the start date for lucha libre sensation Bandido, who recently signed an exclusive contract with the company, reportedly worth more than multiple offers from WWE, who were interested in acquiring him for the NXT brand.

The fourth generation wrestler will start with ROH at their upcoming television taping in Atlanta on Jan. 12th, as well as their Honor Reigns Supreme event in Concord, NC on Jan. 13th, which will air live for Honor Club subscribers.

They have also noted that Bandido will be on the all the announced events in the United States going forward. ROH currently has a small tour planned for late January, television tapings on Feb. 9th and March 16th, immediately following the 17th Anniversary pay-per-view on March 15th. This would also seem to indicate that he will be working the highly anticipated G1 Supercard event at Madison Square Garden.
