This Friday night at Ring of Honor’s annual Final Battle pay-per-view, the company officially confirmed that they will crown their first ever Women of Honor Champion in 2018.
ROH has featured women’s matches inconsistently for more than 15 years, but it wasn’t until 2015 that they officially created and branded their very own Women of Honor division. For the past two years they have been taping content that airs primarily on social media including YouTube and Facebook, as well as a few DVD specials and occasional matches on Ring of Honor Television.
At Final Battle it was announced that women from the Japanese Stardom promotion will compete alongside the already established Women of Honor division in 2018 to crown their very first champion. You can take a look at the brand new title belt below.
