Roy Nelson Resigns With UFC, Set To Fight Daniel Cormier At UFC 166

UFC officials confirmed UFC heavyweights Roy Nelson and Daniel Cormier will settle their differences inside the Octagon from Houston’s Toyota Center on October 19. The two will comprise the co-main event at UFC 166: Velasquez Vs. Dos Santos 3.

Cormier (12-0) scored an impressive win over Frank Mir earlier this year while Nelson’s hit the 6-4 mark that included a loss to Stipe Miocic in his most recent bout.
