WWE has welcomed a brand new class of recruits to the Performance Center this week, headlined by EVOLVE Champion Austin Theory, who appeared in the front row of the crowd of last weekend’s NXT Takeover: Toronto event.
The new recruits include:
— AUSTIN THEORY: 22-year-old EVOLVE Champion from McDonough, GA. Real name, Austin White. He co-headlined the recent EVOLVE 10th Anniversary special on the WWE Network, defeating JD Drake.
— SANTANA GARRETT: 31-year-old second generation wrestler of more than 10 years. Recently one of the top stars of WOW – Women of Wrestling on AXS, former WOW World Champion and WOW Tag Team Champion, former Wonder of Stardom Champion, Shine Champion and Shine Tag Team Champion, and Mae Young Classic competitor.
— TEHUTI MILES: U.S. Army veteran and football player for the University of Maryland.
— E.J. NDUKA: Former professional football player. 6’6″ and 265 pounds.
— ALEKSANDER JAKSIC: Semi-professional German basketball player trained at Battle Arts Academy by former WWE Superstar Santino Marrella.
— BRIANA BRANDI: Former hip-hop artist, swimmer and basketball player with training in Crossfit and “ninjutsu”.
— RITA REIS: 24-year-old Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu world champion.
— MARCOS GOMES: 260-pound Brazilian boxer and wrestler.
— CATALINA GARCIA: Professional wrestler from Chile, and a two-time champion with the Santiago-based promotion Revolucion Lucha Libre.
