Sasha Banks Reveals Injury

As noted, WWE Superstar Sasha Banks was pulled from the ring in September due to a “health-related issue”, WWE didn’t release further details at the time.

As noted, Banks recently returned to action at Raw’s October 15th show, and is set be in a six-woman tag team match at Evolution this Sunday.

Sasha Banks recently joined the “Catch Conversations” podcast with Maria Menounos and revealed she had been suffering from post concussion-like symptoms.

“I was having head pain and I couldn’t function, I couldn’t even drive, couldn’t sleep and I’m like, I need to go get checked out. I went to several neurologists and they just pretty much told me that I had post-concussion symptoms, and so just rest, rest, rest.

It came kind of scary, I’m like, ‘Am I going to make Evolution? I was really scared because we’ve been having a lot of concussion meetings with WWE, taking care of ourselves and our head training, our head problems. I’m like, I’m not OK, I can’t function, can’t wrestle, can’t drive, can’t sleep, can’t eat.. So I need to go get checked out.’ Thankfully God.. I’m OK and I feel back to normal, and I’m ready for Sunday.”

Drew McIntyre & Goldberg To Appear On Final Raw Before Royal Rumble

WWE has confirmed that WWE Champion Drew McIntyre and Goldberg will both appear on next week’s Raw as part of the final build to Royal Rumble.

McIntyre has been quarantined since last Monday following a positive COVID-19 test. It seems Goldberg is also isolated as a precaution. As a result, Gillberg appeared on this week’s Raw during a “Dirt Sheet” segment with The Miz and John Morrison.

McIntyre vs. Goldberg for the WWE Title is slated to be one of the main events at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view on January 31, though the card is always subject to change.

Jazz Teams With Jordynne Grace, Eric Young vs. Rhino Set For This Week’s Impact

Jordynne Grace

Impact Wrestling will air the fallout from Hard to Kill on Tuesday, and two matches are now confirmed for the episode.

Jazz will team up with Jordynne Grace once again to take on the tandem of Kimber Lee and Susan. It seems Grace and Jazz have nothing but respect for each other after their singles match at Genesis.

Additionally, Eric Young will face Rhino following their encounter in the six-man Old School Rules match, which was won by EY’s Violent By Design faction.

In addition to more Hard to Kill fallout, it’s possible we’ll get appearances from Matt Cardona and/or ODB, but that has yet to be confirmed.
