SPOILERS: 3 Big Title Matches Set for 1/6 Impact Homecoming PPV in Nashville

Three matches have been announced for Impact Wrestling’s Homecoming pay-per-view on January 6th, following the first of three big television taping events starting Sunday in Las Vegas.

CAUTION: The following report contains major SPOILERS. Proceed at your own risk.

It would appear that Brian Cage will be exercising a contractual option that goes along with being the X-Division Champion — the somewhat controversial “Option C”. For those unfamiliar, Option C was something first introduced by Austin Aries that allows an X-Division Champion to “cash in” his title for an opportunity at the Impact World Championship.

Although we will have more information later this evening following the second night of TV tapings, but it’s likely Cage will be relinquishing his title in order to face Johnny Impact at Homecoming.
