Injured Impact Wrestling star Eddie Edwards participated in a media teleconference call today, and provided the following injury update, via PWInsider.com.

Edwards confirmed he has a small fracture near his eye and one on his nose. He said he also has a “pretty sweet” black eye and some cuts. Edwards was informed by doctors after receiving a CT scan that he wouldn’t need surgery, and his vision is almost back to normal. Edwards teased getting revenge on Sami Callihan following the injury, so that’s the creative direction Edwards could be heading in when he returns.
