Brock Lesnar vs. Rey Mysterio for the WWE Championship this Sunday at Survivor Series is now a No Holds Barred match, as announced by Paul Heyman tonight on Monday Night Raw.
Heyman gave a long speech on Raw recapping the rivalry between the two WWE Superstars, and addressed speculation that Lesnar may have suffered an injury when Mysterio attacked him with a pipe. The idea is that with an injury, he would be “vulnerable to an upset”.
This feud has already seen some wild, violent twists and turns, from Rey’s son Dominik being mauled by the “Beast Incarnate” on multiple occasions, to the surprise WWE debut of Cain Velasquez, to Mysterio brutally beating Lesnar down with a steel chair in Saudi Arabia.
