Sheamus uploaded the newest episode of his popular “Celtic Warrior Workout” series, featuring a major guest in John Cena as the two workout together.
Cena has been one of Sheamus’ most requested guests on the show, which features a new person each week, often WWE Superstars, and Sheamus has decided to make the episode with Cena be a two-parter.
The first episode has been uploaded and features Sheamus and Cena discussing why Cena remains in the shape he does with an interview, to begin with. The two men then go through a 20-minute cardiovascular workout before stretching. Next weeks episode will see them both start lifting, you can see the episode below:
