Some fans would argue that there is no need for anymore Triple H matches in WWE, with the Game now past his prime and starting to slow down in the ring, some of the WWE Universe would rather he focuses on his backstage role with NXT and the rest of the company.
However, after an entertaining match with Randy Orton at Super Show Down, and a decent, albeit a little lengthy, battle with Batista at WrestleMania 35, there is certainly a case to be made that Triple H still has a place on some of WWE’s bigger shows throughout the calendar year.
Time is certainly running out for him though, with his responsibilities growing within the company and his in-ring work slowing, therefore the need for classic, lengthy Triple H’s matches are certainly decreasing. But, with the right storyline and a well-paced match, the WWE Hall Of Famer could easily put on a show-stealing performance still.
So, with that in mind, it’s time to play the game, looking at five more matches WWE needs to book for the Cerebral Assassin.
