Showing 1 of 5

NXT Takeover: Brooklyn has become akin to the WrestleMania of the black-and-yellow brand. The marque event has produced instant classic matches and moments over the last four years, such as Drew McIntyre and Shinsuke Nakamura winning the NXT Championship, and Bayley finally defeating Sasha Banks to capture the NXT Women’s Championship.

This year’s Brooklyn card has the same potential to set the wresting world on fire, with the next chapter in the bloody rivalry between Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa, a tag team rematch from a previous five-star encounter, Ricochet and Adam Cole in a position to steal the show, and of course a Mae Young Classic Finals rematch between Kairi Sane and Shayna Baszler. Lots of potential for great storytelling.
