WWE Pulls AJ Styles From ‘Monday Night Raw’ Due To Injury

AJ Styles has been pulled from tonight’s advertised Fatal 4-Way match on Monday Night Raw, which will determine the #1 contender to the WWE Universal Championship. He has been replaced in the bout by Baron Corbin.

The reason given for Styles being pulled from the show is that he suffered an injury during his match with Seth Rollins at Money in the Bank, and that he felt something “pop” in his lower back.

On Raw tonight, Corbin attacked Styles during a backstage segment which may write the Phenomenal One off programming for the time being. WWE may also just be setting up an angle between the two, as they are advertised for upcoming matches together, and we have not been able to confirm the legitimacy of the alleged injury.
