WWE Raw Results (2/19): Rollins Puts On Back To Back Classics, Miz Gets “These Hands”, Are Alexa & Mickie Working Together?

WWE starts to the show by paying respects to the victims of the mass shooting in Parkland, Florida


Roman Reigns comes out as the first participant in the gauntlet match. Charly Caruso gets on the mic to ask him about tonight’s matchup and him entering the match first. He says that he’s not as worried about tonight’s match as much as he is about Sunday’s Elimination Chamber match. He says that he is going to go against world class athletes, but none of them can stand up to and beat Brock Lesnar. The crowd boos, and he says that if they don’t believe him, go back and watch his match at WrestleMania where he faced off against Lesnar. He says he would’ve one if someone hadn’t interfered.

Out comes Seth Rollins, the man who interfered in that match and won the WWE Championship, and he is the second man in the Gauntlet match.


Collar & Elbow tie up to start the match, and the crowd chants “Burn it down”. Roman gets the advantage and locks in a headlock against Rollins, and then takes him over, locking in the headlock tighter. Rollins fights out and both men stand up, but Roman gets a headlock takeover on Rollins again. Rollins gets back to his feet and bounces Reigns off the ropes, but Reigns takes down Rollins with a shoulder block. Both men get up and Rollins gets a cradle on Reigns. Reigns kicks out but Rollins gets a backslide to try to pin Reigns again, but Reigns kicks out again. Both men quickly get to their feet and meet face to face and start to talk trash.

Roman tries to lock in a headlock again, but Rollins counters with a take down, and Rollins comes in charging, but Reigns counters with a tilt-a-whirl slam, driving Rollins into the mat, but Roman only gets a two count. Roman starts to talk trash and bounces Rollins off the ropes, but telegraphs it and Rollins meets Reigns with a kick. Rollins climbs up the ropes quick and hits Reigns with blockbuster. Reigns goes to the outside and Rollins revs up and goes for a suicide dive, but is met by a big right hand by Reigns. Rollins gets hung up on the ropes and Reigns hits a stunned Rollins with a drive by.

Back in the ring, Reigns bounces Rollins off the ropes and hits Rollins with a big boot. Reigns gets ready for the Superman Punch and tries to deliver it, but Rollins grabs Reigns by the arm and tries for the Revolution Knee, but Reigns fights out. Rollins kicks Reigns in the mid section and sets Reigns up for the buckle bomb. Rollins throws Reigns into the corner, but the momentum sends Reigns off the ropes and right into Rollins with a Superman Punch!

Both men get up and start to exchange right hands, but Reigns ends up on top. Reigns charges at Rollins, but Rollins sidesteps and Reigns goes to the outside. Rollins sets up for the suicide dive and this time he hits it! Roman only goes down to one knee, so Rollins sets up again, and Rollins hits it again! Rollins throws Roman back in the ring and goes for a springboard clothesline, but Roman delivers a Superman Punch right to the chin of Rollins! Roman goes for the cover, but Rollins is able to kick out just before the three count.

Both men are down and Reigns sets up for the Spear, but is met by a big kick by Rollins! Rollins looks for the Curb Stomp, but Reigns moves out of the way and goes for a roll up on Rollins. Rollins switches his momentum and rolls up Reigns, and Reigns isn’t able to kick out and Rollins picks up the first victory!

Winner: Seth Rollins
