Smackdown Women’s Champion Carmella made her way out to the ring and was closely followed by her SummerSlam opponents Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair. She mocked Becky for having “no chance” in Sunday’s match now that Charlotte is involved, telling her to consider resuming her career in being a professional clown, because it’s the only thing she’ll ever be better at than Flair.

Becky admits that she doesn’t want The Queen in the match, but that’s only because she’s an incredible athlete. She once had a dream, and that dream was to beat the crap out of Carmella one-on-one at SummerSlam, but now she has a new dream – beating the crap out of Carmella, and defeating the best in the world to become champion.

Charlotte gets on the mic and the fans immediately start woo-ing, to which Carmella put her hands on her head and pretend that she couldn’t hear them. Flair trashed the champion and called her a “Diva living in a women’s world”. Carmella agreed that she was a Diva and she was damn proud of it, because she has the better body, the better charisma, and one more thing – she’s the Smackdown Women’s Champion, and they are not.

Paige made her way out to the ramp and hyped up the championship match on Sunday. But before we can get to Sunday, the GM has announced that Charlotte and Becky will be in tag team action, right now, against the team of Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville. She tells Carmella that talking is the only thing she really known how to do, and tells her to go join the commentary team.

The action was already underway coming back from the first commercial break of the evening. Absolution worked over Charlotte in their corner with quick tags, as Carmella talked non-stop trash on commentary. I don’t think she took a single breath from commercial break to commercial break. Becky eventually got the hot tag and slammed Rose with a series of German suplexes, but the double team offense quickly got to her as well. Mandy even had the guts to do a little strut as the Queen watched on from the apron, selling the effects of their beatdown.

Sonya slowed things down for several minutes with a simple body scissors, with Rose helping to make sure Becky couldn’t tag out. Eventually the fans willed her back into the bout and she started tossing Mandy around with suplexes again. Sonya came in to make the save but was tossed out of the ring with an exploder for good measure. It looked like Becky was going to make the hot tag, but instead she rolled up Mandy and put her in the Disarmher, picking up the submission win all on her own.

Winners: Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair
