After a commercial break Liv was somehow in control of the match. One of the commentators informed us that Charlotte suffered a double team attack on the outside during the break while the referee was distracted, but we didn’t get to see it. The champ came back with a few stiff knife-edge chops bringing out the “WOO” chants from the crowd, then threw a mean exploder suplex that had Morgan flailing in pain. The other members of the Riott Squad tried to get involved in the bout yet again but this time the referee had the sense to throw them out of the building. Charlotte with another big suplex, a series of chops, and she locked in the Figure Eight to pick up the win.

Winner: Charlotte Flair

THE BLUDGEON BROTHERS vs. TWO DEAD JOBBERS

Pretty much the exact same match as always. In some spots it was literally the exact same match as last week. They beat the holy hell out of the first guy, and second tried to run for the hills only to turn around directly into a huge splash from Erick Rowan. They line both up in the ring and splash through them a few times, before murdering Jobber #1 with the double crucifix powerbomb that still doesn’t have a name.

Winners: The Bludgeon Brothers

– WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Usos came out while the Bludgeon Brothers were still making their way up the ramp, and we got a little bit of tension between the two. The cut a FIRE promo about running through every single team on the Smackdown roster as well as several of the top teams on RAW, claiming there are no challengers left that haven’t been locked up in the Uso Penitentiary.

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT

Daniel Bryan was in his office ready to present the first ever Smackdown Live Top 10 list, which has allegedly been voted on by the actual stars of the Smackdown roster. Here’s the list:

  1. WWE Champion AJ Styles
  2. WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair
  3. Shinsuke Nakamura
  4. Naomi
  5. United States Champion Bobby Roode
  6. The New Day
  7. WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Usos
  8. Becky Lynch
  9. Randy Orton
  10. Tye Dillinger

The New Day are show backstage furiously eating pancakes and crying about not being higher on the Top 10 list. Big E lands a killing blow, saying “six is the percent chance I give Corey Graves of winning a street fight!” Booker T’s honor has been defended, or something…
