WWE Studios’ ‘Blood Brother’ Featuring R-Truth Opening November 30


R-Truth continues to be one of the more entertaining characters in WWE today. The 46-year old WWE Superstar is currently working alongside Carmella on SmackDown Live. But Truth is also doing much more than dancing and wrestling these days.

R-Truth, real name Ron Killings, is also an actor. His latest role is of a character named Blaine in WWE Studios’ upcoming film Blood Brother. The movie stars hip hop star Trey Songz and is set for release On-Demand and in theaters on Friday, November 30.

Blood Brother tells the story of a recently released convict, portrayed by Deadpool 2‘s Jack Kesy, who was imprisoned for murder. But he didn’t commit the crime alone as his friends from childhood were actually involved as well. He believes that they used him as the fall guy for the murder and he will stop at nothing to get revenge.

Blood Brother is directed by John Pogue, whose resume includes writing credits on The Fast and the Furious, Ghost Ship and US Marshals.
